Super friendly front staff, I don't remember her name but she was so helpful the lady that checked us in she informed us that even though we had a pass we needed to make a reservation to get into Rocky Mountain National Park. They had fresh popcorn they were making when we were there and later in the evening they were making s'mores, lots of families there and everybody was having a good time plenty of activities out in the yards.

We loved our stay here. It is a little dated, but the amenities are great and the staff is great. They were very kind and helpful. My kids loved playing ping pong and roasting s’mores throughout our stay. The room was a little small for four people but it worked and served its purpose. I would gladly stay here again. It was conveniently located and we were able to park right outside our door. Can’t recommend this place strongly enough.

Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Lots of fun family activities. Close to several venues but far enough to avoid the traffic

Over all a good place. Our bathroom and bath tub was dirty our shower had no pressure or hot water when we tried to shower after swimming it was super windy a cold shower was the worst. The swimming pool was good for kids although the hot tub was super cold tried to call the office to inquire no one answered. Breakfast was ok. Check-in the gentleman gave all the information to others checking in I did not receive the same treatment. Just handed me keys. And popcorn.

It is a nice hotel. We had booked a two bedroom room. Although there were two bedrooms there was little privacy. I think that this is a family room but not for couples.

Great stay with our kids. The rooms were comfy and had the amenities we needed. The s’mores and games for the kids were an awesome addition to our stay.

I am officially in love with a new favorite destination. From the moment we drove up until the second we left the property we were literally treated like family. LOVED the window box of beautiful flowers, and oh goodness, fire pits, horseshoes and s’mores every evening next to a beautiful fountain out front. Blessed to have found this gem. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH for spectacular hospitality which truly is rare to find. Cannot wait to return with my granddaughter and enjoy the views and tranquility all over.
