Best value. Room was very nice, clean, with a gas fireplace and jacuzzi tub. Outdoor games for kids. Firepits with s'mores. Meeting room. Most local hotels offer a lot less for more money. Very nice staff. Nice breakfast.

Property was very nice, clean, well maintained, had comfy beds and lot of extras for the kids like complimentary popcorn in the afternoon and s’mores in the evening. And yummy waffles with extras for breakfast! Pool and hot tub were nice and enjoyed by all ages. Would definitely stay again and recommend unit 7A to others. And my standards are quite high!

Rooms were super clean, super cute, super perfect! Rented two rooms and both were well above expectations. The hot tub was a hit with my 4 young adult kids-they loved it! Indoor pool was also amazing—big and crystal clean water. We for sure will come back to this hotel for our next trip this summer

Beautiful property. Clean and lovely rooms with literally everything you need to cook and clean. Huge rooms huge tubs! The kids had a blast at the pool! The staff was helpful and kind! Cody helped check us in and he was awesome. They had snores and lots of breakfast options! It was one of the best places we have been. Highly recommend we will be back.

Our stay was perfect. The suite was clean, beds were comfortable and the view of the mountains out the window was great. The children enjoyed the pool, which was the perfect temperature. The staff were friendly. Would highly recommend Appenzell Inn.

We had a great stay. Our 2 bedroom was awesome, kitchen was well equipped and we had plenty of pillows. Our kids loved the pool and we loved the hot tub. We will be back!

Overall this place is great. The amenities are very nice and definitely would be a good hotel for a simple getaway or even to take the entire family. The fireplace however kept shutting off after about 30 seconds and then it wouldn't turn on for the remainder of the night and that wasn't so fun. A few of the fixtures in the bathroom were in need of repair but overall it was a great experience.

I had the best experience checking in then any other hotel I have stayed at in Estes. Friendly staff and energetic. The indoor pool is so nice and warm on a cold snowy night. The hot tub was still outside but, was still very nice; and temperature was perfect. The room I stayed in was a single King size, it was the cleanest I have stayed at in town, a long with the one next to the lake. Highly recommend next time I think I will be trying out one of the bigger rooms. Possibly with family.
