Best Western Plus Silver Saddle Inn

The room was very accommodating. We really liked the private balcony seating and the view. Probably the most important criteria for my family...the room and bathroom were clean!! Just after dark we were treated to a baby elk in the lot below our balcony. It was searching and calling for the mama, who was definitely not far away. We were able to record their calls to each other as well as witness the reunion.

Very nice stay for our family. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in a hotel.

Took our very large family of 8 here. We loved every minute of it. The rooms were nice, the balcony views were spectacular. The staff is friendly and helpful. We all loved the indoor pool and hot tub. Didn’t regret our stay. Definitely staying there again.

Receptionist was friendly and professional, asked us if we needed help with luggage or anything. Kids loved the pool, was clean and well kept, looked to be a new remodeled pool area. Lobby was exceptionally clean and plentiful room to sit and relax, elevators were roomy and modern. Hallways had a clean and freash scent not like allot of hotels walk though. Room was of nice size, we stayed at a suite and had a comfortable room temperature, not hot or cold just right. Suite had a separate tv room sitting area and had two seperate chairs, now if that area had a more comfortable pair of chairs or recliners it would be perfect, it was hard to get comfortable on them when trying to watch a movie or show wile the kids had their cartoons on the main room. Wife, kids and I liked it here much that we'll return for a summer weekend stay again :)

One of the best “two star” hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was so clean. The rooms were large with a sitting area and kitchenette. The indoor pool and hot tub were AMAZING—both were big and the pool room was nice/very clean (apparently they are new!) Good location, decent continental breakfast. Want to specially call out the staff, who were awesome. They let us check in early no problem, were super quick and helpful when we couldn’t figure out how to turn on the AC, and let us into the pool a bit early one day (so the kids were able to get in one last swim before we got on the road.) 10/10, such a great value.

We booked this hotel at the last min. We originally booked at another hotel but the room was unclean, meaning it had stains on the bedding. We arrived at Best Western Plus a few mins after booking and they already had our reservation and print out ready. Check in was smooth. The gentleman that checked us in was pleasant. The room was beautiful, clean, spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The room was a little off since it had a window from the sitting room that did not have a view. It was blocked by the roof of the entrance. Maybe they could have designed this better. Overall it was a nice experience for me and my family.

This was a perfect location for us! We were a family of 3 and it provided the everything we needed. We originally booked for breakfast options and location. We didn't eat breakfast ever but the location was perfect for us.

I had a great stay with my family. Closer to Rocky Mountain.

Spotless property with great location and parking for spending time in Rocky Mountain National Park. We liked that it was a two minute drive from Estes, but away from the bustle and traffic of town. Our room had everything we needed and the breakfast was very helpful. I only have one small suggestion: switch to larger toiletry bottles or refillable wall mounted ones. Although the toiletry smelled lovely, our family felt guilty about using 10 tiny bottles of shampoo for our four day stay.

Better than last hotel we stayed in last year. Will recommend to friends and family
