This place is very family oriented. The staff is great, there is a laundry and they even provided detergent and dryer sheets and they had popcorn in the lobby every day. There is a nice pool and playground area. The hotel is older but comfortable. My only complaint would be the very limited electrical outlets and an A/C that works okay but because of the location of the unit, it doesn’t cool as well as I would have liked. That being said, the bed was comfortable and I would definitely stay there again.

When I pulled up and saw the old motel style with room doors directly on the outside, I wasn’t hopeful. BUT the room was super clean and the front desk was incredibly helpful and cheerful. We had special requests they weren’t able to accommodate, however, instead of just saying “sorry, that’s the way it is”, Michael (the clerk) brainstormed and came up with an alternate solution which did the trick. I loved the can-do attitude. For family vacation on a budget, I highly recommend Hotel Estes!

Such a beautiful place! The best views and a wonderful stay! Cabin, woodsy type feel to the room which we loved!! Not far from food places. The kids loved the playground area right outside of our room. Would have loved to stay longer if it fit in our road trip!!

I chose this property because the room had three queen beds, allowing myself and my two grandchildren to each have our own bed. It was a very large room! And the price was decent! The bathroom was very small but we managed quite nicely.

We loved this hotel due to it's friendly staff and amazing rooms! The afternoon popcorn and evening s'mores were a nice touch and our kids thoroughly enjoyed those perks. Our kids also enjoyed the small playground they had. If you are visiting Estes Park and can't decide on where to stay, STAY HERE! You won't be disappointed. It's definitely going on our list of favorite places to stay.

The outdoor area included a large play area for kids. Also fire pits and lots of seating in this area as well. Ingredients provided for s'mores nightly. Popcorn provided every afternoon-made fresh! Very friendly staff. Will stay there again.

Very clean room and comfortable! The rooms look like they were recently renovated. Front desk manager was very kind and the lodge is homey. My two teenage kids (17 and 14) loved it!

This is a great older property that you can tell the owners are taking care of it. Great amenities for the kids. The extra features of smores and popcorn in the lobby are a nice touch.
