Spotlessly clean, spacious rooms! The pool is clean but in the small side. My family still had fun playing in it, though! We always stay at this hotel when we travel to Durango, which we do multiple times a year!

The hotel and staff were nice, but the beds were by far the most uncomfortable beds from our 10 nights on the road. They might as well be a slab of concrete. Everyone in my family slept terrible. On the plus side, my kids didn't want to sleep in, so it was easy to get them on the road.

My family of five are big fans of Springhill Suites. We always receive great service and the rooms accommodate us well. We usually find a trundle bed at Springhill Suites, but this location had the old-fashioned sleeper sofa. That’s the best not negative I can say.

Breakfast was great! Beds were extremely comfortable. Everything was new and clean. Only complaint is the pool was not in working order and had some very disappointed kids and the parking lights were so bright the curtains didn’t totally black them out.

Nice place to stay, however made reservations for 4 adults and 1 child called spoke to Expedia customer service a to change to 2 adults only wanted king bed was told it was all taken care of but when we showed up nothing had been changed. Plus pool was not working. Also was asked if we would like our room cleaned we said yes but no one showed up. Breakfast was great good verity of items the food employees were very accommodating

Great hotel, super friendly and helpful staff. Downside, the pool was out of order and that was a huge let down for the kids. The rec center was amazing though!

We stayed at this hotel because we were in town for the Polar Express. The room was great for our large family and front desk staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The breakfast in the morning was a good spread and the hotel was fairly quick access to get back to downtown/the train station. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was very nice and my family enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and updated. The continental breakfast had a lot of variety. The pool was a little small but clean and perfect for kids. I would definitely stay here again!

Was a very cozy stay with my three kids, two dogs, husband and I. It’s super close to this great park for the kids along the river and also an off-leash dog park. We wished we could have stayed for more than one night!
