Embassy Suites by Hilton Denver Central Park

Not enough staff was noticeable at check in. Housekeeping staff was wonderful. My family and I were in town for the weekend to catch some baseball games. The room was clean but felt like it needed a deep cleaning. The common areas are in bad shape and need upgrading or at a mi to work. The spa and sauna did not heat up. The television in the sitting area never did come on.

We enjoyed our stay. The kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed having some cocktails. The breakfast was delicious. The wait on a few things like pool towels and waiting on a crib took longer than what we expected. However, it was a good stay.

Great breakfast and happy hour. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It's so nice having a separate room to put kid to bed and be able to have an area to relax in.

I booked a room with 2 beds and when we arrived they said that all the rooms with 2 beds were taken so they would have to find us something else. It took almost 30 min to try to get us in another room. Finally they put us in a room with a King bed and had to make it work with 2 adults and 3 kids.

Came To Colorado for a family vacation

The property was beautiful! Close to several shopping centers. The breakfast was awesome! Pool opens early and closes super late…great for my kids!! Cocktails were refreshing and room was immaculate! Will stay here again next time in beautiful Denver

Our family gathered in Denver for an adoption and a national soccer tournament. The breakfasts were terrific for our busy days. Thank you! We will come again.

One of the best hotels we have stayed at. Breakfast was amazing, staff was friendly and the drinks were really good. Loved the happy hour and the pool was really nice. Our kids loved it.

After checking in, we noticed that we needed a sheet, blanket, and pillow for the sofa sleeper for our kids to sleep on. I called the front desk and the attendant said that she was trying to get ahold of housekeeping, but her radio wasn't working so she would try to have them bring it up once she got ahold of them (thank you...I think?). After waiting half an hour, I went down to the front desk to see if I could just pick it up to which the attendant said no, house keeping had to bring it to me, but I was on the list. Another half hour passed still nothing. I went back to the front desk and explained that we were trying to get our kids to bed. The attendant would not tell me where housekeeping was located so I could just go get a blanket, sheet and pillow and told me it would have been wise to "request these items on my reservation" so they would already be in the room?!?! (Should I also request for my room to be cleaned before check-in and to have towels in the bathroom...I thought these things were expected.) Ten minutes later, house keeping shows up with a sheet....just a sheet. 10 more minutes and he comes back with a blanket (still no pillow) but we had enough pillows. This just seems like REALLY BAD customer service for an Embassy Suites. Something I would expect from idk Motel 6? Please do better Embassy Suites!

I am so happy to have chosen this Embassy Suite. From check in to check out all the staff were pleasant, friendly and super helpful. Breakfast was so good the chefs were amazing and informed me how to take food up to my grandkids that were still sleeping at 930 because of getting totally worn out in the pool the night before. Oh and the pool was clean the hot tub hot and relaxing. The whole hotel was clean. Checkout was easy. I drove off and was 10 min out when i realized i had left my purse in the room. I called and was having a meltdown and the lady at the desk was so kind and comforting. When i got there she took me to the room we found my purse and she even hugged me as in my relief i started to cry. It will be my Denver go to for all my mini staycations!
