Hyatt House Denver Aurora

Had a dr appt at the children's hospital. And this hotel offered a discount and was across the street. Clean safe hotel. I did not like others smoking right outside the door. I liked my stay!

We were there because a family member was hospitalized. This location is so convenient for coming back and forth from the hospital. Very comfortable beds and quiet rooms. Worked out perfectly for us.

It was fine. The listing was not clear that the “king with den” did not have a full size couch/pull out. We had 2 adults and one child (teen), so I booked the option that seemed to have fit all 3 of us. While the teen was able to fit on the settee, she is short so other folks with older children should be aware. The front desk didn’t offer a solution but did provide me with a set of sheets after I asked.

We enjoy it here. It’s calm, pool is nice for kids, and the staff is chill and friendly and helpful.

The beds were comfortable and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Most places are noisy but this one was very quiet . We were happy that such a beautiful hotel allowed us to bring our 2 little fur babies with. Great location as it was close to the hospital and medical center for us to walk to my husband’s appointments. Loved having a smart tv so I could stream from my phone. Breakfast was delicious and the food and drinks from the bar were absolutely delicious.

It seemed like the hotel was very nice when it was first built a couple of years ago, but has not been maintained well. There was a large TV that you could turn 180 degrees to watch from the living room or kitchen. Very cool, except it looked as though someone had punched it and it was broken. There were also electric blackout shades, but they were also broken. The cups and plates in the kitchen were dirty. The sheets on the pullout couch looked as though they hadn't been washed. The smells were also not pleasant. The entryway smelled like cigarettes and weed. The elevator was filled with pot smoke. I was a little worried about my kid getting a contact high. Upon exiting the elevator, we were punched in the face with a strong, nasty urine oder. It was strongest outside of our room (202). The inside of the room smelled fine, so that was good! We also got there at night and the intoxicated homeless people standing at the dimly lit entrance didn't make my daughter and I feel very safe. If you have to stay at a hotel near Children's hospital, I don't recommend this one...

We came to Denver for a family emergency and this hotel is across the street from the hospital so it was very convenient. Front desk staff was extremely helpful and accommodating during check in, we were allowed to check in a little early. All staff was very polite and made our experience a very pleasant one even with what we were going through. Thank you!

The staff working there were amazing! They were super accommodating while my son was at children’s hospital.

My family and I love staying here because staff is always nice and the rooms have more then enough room for us all. Won’t book any other hotel when I stay in Aurora

We stayed here with small children. The staff was super friendly. Our room was clean and bed was super comfy. Will definitely stay here again.
