Staybridge Suites Denver-Central Park, an IHG Hotel

In Denver to visit family. The hotel is absolutely perfect for our needs and the hotel is clean, secure and worked with me on a room request. The suite room is plenty of space which is always clean and comfortable.

Fabulous room, excellent for large families as it has two separate bedrooms, two separate bathrooms and a living area space.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite which allowed us to stay with our kids with a small living room between our 2 bedrooms. It was perfect for us and we will definitely stay there again.

They were very helpful in getting us a room that fit the entire family and was also accessible.

I would never stay here again. There are bed bugs. Mind you, we were there for a funeral. We were moved from a 2 bedroom suite to a one bedroom handicap had to change rooms 3 times. We were told that we would receive a refund for the room and have still yet to receive it. I have been fighting for a month now for my refund. I would never, ever ever recommend or stay at this hotel ever again. The management (Ashley) Agreed to a refund which has still yet to be applied, and they said they never agreed well obviously if there was bed bugs and we were moved rooms it was for a reason. I don't know who wouldn't have asked for some kind of compensation cause I know I did. And have again still yet to receive it. Not to mention that since we book with expedia someone should be resolving the issue But that is yet to happen.. We are trying to see who is going to compensate as expedia is also giving us a hard time Because stayb does not want to pay them well, guess what? That's not my problem when there are bed. Bugs in a hotel crawling on my children's bed and pillow this could be a serious health issue. My daughter is scared to sleep at night. Because she feels that there's always going to be bugs. Clean your hotel better make your customers experience easy and nice clean, and make it a safe environment. And when you promise or say, you are going to do something for a customer who goes through a situation like this at your hotel. Make sure to follow through

The property was located near shopping and dining which made it easy for a family to not have to travel far.

Thought it would be a great location, however the security and lighting in the parking lot was not very good. My vehicle was broken into and attempted to be hot wired and stolen. Not very supportive or helpful except for a phone call to room that it happened. No compensation for damages and emotional strain to family. Was offered a “snack” when I left. Room was decent; did have lots of dust in vents and looked like some dead bugs in the lights fixtures.

Great location with relatively quick access to the train, helpful staff, great breakfast choices, loved the separate kitchen/TV room from the sleeping area and the free laundry. This was a great stay for our family of 4.

Housekeeping apparently doesn’t check the closets. We had a pullout bed and went to out linens in it from the closet and they were all wadded up, used in the laundry basket, a coat and trash bag hanging in the closet along with extra hangers some on the floor. I had to go and ask for new linens. Was not given a new pillowcase nor a blanket. I received a text at 12:09 am welcoming me to the hotel asking if my room was good! I don’t care to be work up for a text that should have come at 7 pm. My kids and I went to the pool to swim, it smelled like rotten eggs in there! They could only swim for 30 min because the water was so cold. My son was shivering after playing in the pool for 30 min! Will not go back. I also have photos.

We were placed in our requested location (1st floor, near pool) and also close to an exterior exit as well as near gym & wash room. Great staff and right across the street from a fantastic shopping district & theater - very convenient! Will stay again and recommend to family & friends.☆☆☆☆☆
