I was staying at this hotel with my mother and my son to visit family in Colorado and I wish we had known this is not a family oriented hotel. It’s amazing how unfriendly this hotel is, we drove into town from Nashville and were exhausted and decided to order some food. It took forever and when it finally arrived my sons food was cold half was missing and when we called down to ask for the rest of our food they said they would send it up but it never arrived. It was 2 salads and chicken fingers and fries it cost $70. Two days later when we went down with our breakfast vouchers all we ended getting was toast and yet they still charged $20 to our room I doubt this hotel is hurting for money. Aside from the food when asking for towels or blankets only 1 or 2 would come up none of the outlets worked for our electronics you could tell the rooms themselves are outdated and not cared for.

Victor was amazing! We needed to switch hotels because the original hotel we booked had too many issues. Victor allowed us to check in early, understood our dilemma and was so accommodating. We came for my 10yr old daughter’s birthday, the entire staff treated us like family. Rooms were great, clean and cozy…great views too! We can’t wait to stay again! This place does not disappoint!

We were expecting a much better experience from this hotel: one of our family member had to change room because the heater was not working, but the new room didn’t have a heater either! Someone was supposedly sent to fix it but it was still not working. Pillows were poor quality and very uncomfortable.

Great hotel, under construction at this time so was missing snack/gift shop area. 7 eleven is very close by though. Staff was very helpful, kind, and professional. Restaurant food was amazing but there is no kids menu.

They did not have a room for us after trying to check in there twice, once in the afternoon they said we had to check in after 4, we came back and they said they had no room for us when we got there after family obligations.

There was a homeless encampment right behind the hotel that included motorhomes and campers. Lots of trash everywhere outside surrounding the hotel. Was traveling with a child and did not feel safe walking near hotel. The outdoor pool and indoor pool kept closing for remodeling and or other issues. There was a month issues in the first room we had and was switched. The rooms were very dirty and not cleaned well. Very Used! They also did not tell you that you have to request housekeeping.

This is a lovely hotel aside from pool/hot tub. Stayed here specifically for indoor heated pool and hot tub both of which were filthy. Disappointing as we had children who wanted to swim.
