Love this property! When cleaning they need to work on places that people touch a lot because I had to clean around the toilet paper, roll the door frames where pants, touch and light switches etc. They were all very dirty and you could see handprints and those are the important things to keep clean. Everything else was very clean and the rooms are very nice. Weekends this place is fun, so if you're not into fun, you don't want to come here. If you're into quiet, go to a spa. Very family friendly and they have a new Cafe in there that is really good. Make sure you tip those workers well they work hard.

The hotel was really nice. I have stayed there twice and the staff was/is wonderful! They were so helpful and so understanding. The only thing I did not like was that I did find bugs in the rooms we stayed…nothing we couldn’t kill right but I did have a red aunt crawling in my bed sheets and I had my little toddler with me sleeping thankfully it didn’t bite him but that was the only downfall other than that everything was great!

We had a last minute booking here and we’re pleasantly surprised at how beautiful it was. We were going to go to the aquarium and the kids wanted to swim in the amazing pool instead. Highly recommend!

Property might have been nice but I didn’t get a chance to figure out. Was going to be in town to pick up a family member from St.Luke’s. That fell through and I am 3.5 hrs away. Contacted the property through the Expedia app and was told if I cancelled I would forfeit what I had paid. So I am out $100.

A bunch of flights were cancelled and when I arrived there were at least 15 ppl on front of me. The frisky desk agent was amazing and so fast while making sure she was through each check in. Room was modern and clean and hotel is top notch. Why stay at a more expensive hotel when this is so modern and clean and overall a perfect hotel for business family or couples. Great hot breakfast too.

We had a family emergency and the manager was more than accommodating and let us cancel the last day of our trip with a full refund. The room was fantastic and we really have no complaints. Great experience!

Clean and friendly. The pool area was great for the kids. My only real complaint is that i called ahead to ask if they could put a freezer box of food in their walk in freezer for me, they said I could do that, but on arrival I was told NO. I had to go buy coolers to try to keep my foods frozen to send with my nieces to AK. I had 50 lbs of meat that didn't stay frozen, so I couldn't ship it. I wouldn't have tried if they had been honest about the freezer to begin with. Now we have spoiled meat AND are out the cost of the coolers.

A year ago this was a nice hotel. Now it is kind of tired. They don’t clean the room or replace the towels because of COVID. The room smelled like foot cheese. A year ago they the cleaned and replaced towels. They don’t pick up the pool area- everything is just where guests drag it and kids swim with masks in the hot tub. I would find somewhere else. It was disappointing this time with a high price tag.
