The parking does not seem to be convienen for handicap parking. We had to cross with incoming vehicles crossing on both sides of the street just to enter the building. The first night there was a young toddler screaming at 6:00 it was not very pleasant waking up to that. But the walls (noise) was very clear so that being said walls are super thin.

My safe didn't work and the pool was not what was pictured on the website. The c lose down between breakfast and lunch was weird too but overall it was an enjoyable stay and was close to my family.

The property itself was fine. We rented a room for 4. It has a king bed and a pull out sofa for the kids. The king bed was comfortable but the pull out sofa wasn't comfortable for the kids at all. I'm also the type of customer that doesn't like to be nickeled and dimed. Breakfast isn't included. I didn't like that but at least I was aware of it. I definitely didn't like that I had to pay for parking. In addition, the parking is in a different structure requiring you to walk somewhat of a distance. I don't mind walking but I can see others that might be bothered by it. I definitely didn't like that complimentary coffee is not offered to customers. I think that's the first hotel I have ever been to where that's the case. I used the gym. It was a nice gym as far as hotel gyms go. A couple of things I didn't like here was that the water was running out from the water dispenser and the pull up bar was touching the ceiling. If you wanted to use the pull up bar you would hit your head on the ceiling. The pool is located outside. The pool is very small and the area around the pool was very unattractive. We were planning on using the pool, but once we saw it, we changed our mind.

The pool is much smaller than pictured and it is only 3’ deep. There were only 3 towels in the room, requested more since we are a family of 5. It took 2 hours for someone to bring them. Not at all a family hotel, nothing close.

Overall, the stay was good. The room was really nice. It felt upscale, which made me nervous as we were traveling with two young kids. If it had just been my husband and I, it would've been amazing! There was no microwave, which I didn't realize, they don't have trash bags in the trash cans (challenging with messy kiddos), and you have to park in a parking garage and walk to the hotel, which I also didn't realize. The room was in great condition, the bathroom was nice, and the beds were comfy, so overall it worked for our quick trip up for a doctors appointment.
