My family stayed in this same hotel several years ago and we were excited to return; however, we were quickly disappointed by the decline in cleanliness and quality. The sheets had stains, the mirror was streaked so obviously that one could not see themselves clearly, there was debris on the carpeted floor and dirt and other debris swept into the corner in the bathroom. The hand soap and body lotion dispensers were dirty and the shower products were nearly empty. The roll of toilet paper was also out when we arrived and the counters were not wiped down. We were overall uncomfortable and concerned about what else had not been cleaned that was not visible. The staff did not provide us with information on breakfast times/options and housekeeping opened our door while we were still in the room.

The gentlman checking me in was very nice, I would stay here again, just not in Room 217. This room open up to the main lobby and breakfast area. Also everyone checking in or out we heard suitcases being rolled over the tile floor. the kids running around the breakfast area and converastions just outside our door was just really annoying. I will be very careful of not picking that room if we stay here again.

The location was great and the hotel rooms are nice. The breakfast was good. The only issue we had was with the temperature of the pool and the hot tub didn’t work properly. Traveling with kids, you want a good pool and it would’ve been great if it wasn’t soooo cold!! That was a bummer.

It is in a good location for visiting USAFA. It was very clean and just smelled good - which is honestly not always the case. The room was perfect for our family of four and the breakfast was definitely above average. VERY happy customers. Thank you!

There needs to be some more sound proofing between rooms. The family upstairs was incredibly noisy and had kids jumping from beds onto the floor. It was impossible to get any sleep🙁
