Hampton Inn Colorado Springs I-25 Central

We stayed two days, on a family weekend. Our stay was great, our check in was easy and staff was friendly. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was yummy. But the best part for us was the check out time, 12pm. I will for sure be coming back to this hotel in the future. Pool was also clean and nice, hot tub was very relaxing and warm.

This property is very close to the Academy -- a plus for parents and families of a cadet. The property is also conveniently located. The morning breakfast is well done and the property is new -- so it is in great shape. The gym was larger with plenty of equipment. Coffee, Tea, and Water service was offered around the clock, which was wonderful. My only complaint is that they were very stingy with towels and paper products. We were there for a week; our room was not cleaned at all during that time frame, and we had to ask for towels and paper products daily. This may be a location issue -- Colorado. The staff was lovely -- super helpful and accommodating. The price was also reasonable for room -- overall a very good experience.

The Hotel was very nice. Clean, great breakfast, restaurants in walking distance. The staff was very kind. My only complaint was the surface around the pool was so slick when wet. I fell and had to go to the ER. Something needs to be done with the surface around the pool. I can see a child running as they do and slipping and cracking their head open.

My daughter (12) called down to the front desk for another blanket and the lady on duty told her “you must be mistaken. We don’t do that kind of service here.” rude! Then my husband had to call down to rectify and we were given a blanket. Not cool to talk to your children guests like they are a bother or not important. This is not a frills hotel but it was clean.

Staff was very helpful and rooms were clean. The property was well taken care of. Breakfast was good and plentiful the first 2 mornings. The 3rd morning a large hungry family arrived, breakfast was finished before 9am.

Overall, I had a great experience here. staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect for family! I want to stay next time.

I was so disappointed with my stay. I've stayed in this hotel before and rated it a 10. Staff was short and not as friendly. Housekeeping does not go in to clean until after 4 nights. I can understand after every other night but 4 is ridiculous. If you're a family of 4, towels pile up and so does trash.We had to keep asking for towels and they wouldn't even throw out the trash.

We had a great stay! It was a stopping point on our family vacation and the hotel was able to accommodate an early check in for us which was much appreciated after 13 hours in the car. The beds were super comfy, the rooms were updated and clean, and the breakfast was good. What more can you ask for?
