Best Western Plus Peak Vista Inn & Suites

We stayed for a family vacation for the 4th of July! Would stay there again in a heartbeat

Usually my family loves staying @best , this time however we found very dusty conditions in the furniture & even found what seem human skin or pig skin with long hairs about the size of my thumb in the lamps with the wall disgusted since coffe brewer was next to it. Call front office they did sent service to the room quick. Also, one shampoo, conditioner, for a family of 3 a bit disappointed. Breakfast was great as always & lady there so sweet & caring .

3 night stay to visit family. Great Bfast. The room had 2 queens and the one queen bed had only around 10 inches between bed and wall. Was tricky getting out of it. Work out room weight machine was broke. Overall clean and friendly staff.

Good place to stay with the family. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area.

Breakfast was superb...only negative was that my stay was noisy because of the hockey tournament was in town...but kids will be kids...I rather have them safe and noisy than the alternatives...overall a great stay in a great property...staff is amazing

Great pet friendly option for my family. Close to many popular locations. We experienced excellent service, a wam breakfast and nice amenities. I would recommend especially if you are traveling with a four legged family member.

Very kind and helpful staff, and quiet even though it's pet friendly. They keep it clean, and while I didn't have time to sit for breakfast it always smelled good. Was able to walk my dog anytime, but would have liked a space further from the street (space doesn't really allow for this though, which is fine. There are tons of parks nearby as well). Will likely stay here again, and would recommend to others travelling with their fur babies.

The property is as expected. The lobby and rooms are neat and clean. The front end staff was friendly and personable. While I understand it is company policy, the $25.00 early check in fee is too steep and I think unnecessary in our case. We’re seniors traveling to see family before Christmas and an hour early I just don’t see where it’s warranted.

Check in was a breeze with Jon and Danielle helping along the way. Breakfast has automated pancakes. SO fun to watch, especially for the kids. Oatmeal is excellent with add-ins. I actually chose to use the bacon from breakfast along with some maple syrup and cinnamon. We used the hot tub part of the pool area and enjoyed a nice soak after a long day. The actual pool was a bit too "cool" for me when I first got in but I'm older and like warmer water LOL I did a few laps of water walking and then enjoyed the hot tub. I also stayed here on Monday night for a business trip and was checked in by Nathan and Eric. Both are wonderful. Jae checked me out the next morning and when asked if there was anything she could do I asked for a mountain view for Wednesday night. She looked and one was available so she reserved that room for us. I am in the Springs on a regular basis. I used to stay in at a different chain, but Best Western Plus Peak Vista Inn & Suites (that's a mouthful) will be my new GO-TO destination for all future trips. BTW, the pineapple/rosemary infused water when you get here is also a must try! Every staff member from guest relations to janitorial and service staff was cheerful and greeted me on both trips. See you in June!
