Overall kinda disappointed. Asked for an extra blanket for my daughter, and my husband waited up for a couple hours only for it not to show up. Asked the front desk the next day for a blanket again, and again it never showed up. My husband finally had to track down a housekeeper who was nice enough to go hunt one down. Good luck trying to get extra towels as well. Front desk gave us two, and they were supposed to send more up, which surprise surprise didn’t ever show up. A suite that can sleep six should have more than 3 bath towels. Breakfast was a nice convenience and overall good quality. Hotel could definitely use a deep cleaning. Corners and bathroom fans are very very dirty. As a family of four the suite is perfect, however, after poor service and mediocre cleanliness we won’t stay again.

We had a great stay! The breakfast was delicious, rooms comfortable and the kids really enjoyed the pool! This hotel is in a great location for anything you want to do in Colorado Springs and there is a great view of Pikes Peak from the hot tub!

The front desk workers were so helpful and friendly. Actually everyone there was just very welcoming. In the morning everyone said good morning at breakfast--it was just very nice everywhere we went. Side note: the maid starting point seemed to be just outside our room and they all seemed to genuinely like and enjoy working with each other. There were a lot of smiles. Yes, the hotel is a little run down in places and may need a little renovation, but the overall vibe of the place is so family friendly and nice. I would encourage anyone to stay here for a really central spot.

The hotel was amazing, wish we had booked at least another night! The kids loved it. The breakfast was by far the best we've had in a hotel! Loved it all.

We always love staying with you.Unfortunately this time are room was freezing during the night and the pool area was flooded because of the hot tub and out of control kids it was very slick.Buffet could have been better.

The person at the front desk who checked is in was so nice and helpful during our check in process. The omelette cooks the next day for breakfast however were very rude making comments about guest appearances. Even making comments about a young child’s hair saying that the Simpsons were in town laughing saying the small child looked like side show bob. Very uncalled for and disrespectful.
