Staybridge Suites Co Springs-Air Force Academy, an IHG Hotel

I liked the room, it was very spacious and it was stocked with quality toiletries for our use, it also had a kitchen, microwave, full refrigerator and trash compactor. It felt like an personal apartment. The only thing I didn’t approve of was the rug, it’s due for an update. The staff was friendly and provide excellent service. I will be providing my recommendation to my family and friends.

Very friendly staff. Effort for cleanliness. Furniture slightly over worn but place was clean and comfortable. 2 bedroom suite was perfect for family of 5.

We stayed in room 311 and had to get up in the middle of the night because my son said he felt a bug. Sure enough it was a BED BUG! We had to wake our 3 kids up pack everything and switch to a different room.. the staff was very empathetic to us and polite and we understand its not just one persons fault. We were staying 2 days and said they would comp us the points for a free nights stay at any of their IHG hotels but we really only recieved enough points for a discount. Safe to say we will never be back.

The entire staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. I came here with a family of 7 and everyone loved the hotel. It’s in a great location, the view is spectacular. I recommend staying here.

Absolutely loved our stay! Our family of 5 had plenty of space in our room (2 bedroom suite). The staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to the area!

Great family vacation spot. Near many of the sites you would want to visit. Manager was very friendly, professional and helpful.

Our room was not ready when we arrived. We had even contacted them prior to check in asking for an early check in so they knew we were waiting. We should up way after the 3pm check in time and it still was not ready. We were told the room would sleep 6 and the pullout couch was tiny. No way it would sleep 6 in that room. We did get a free upgrade only because I booked VIA hotels.com/ 3rd party. (Not to mention there was garbage on the couch) The next room we got was dusty and dirty. The sheets appeared cleans so we didn't make a fuss but it was a struggle not worrying about it. The hallways smelled bad. The only good thing was the staff was very nice and tried to make things perfect for us and our family of 6. We stayed at a Staybridge in Thronton, and it was AMAZING! was hoping this one would be the same.
