My family and I enjoyed the stay at your hotel. We always enjoy our stay at Doubletree.The only problem we had was a front desk worker I don’t remember her name. But she checked me and my son in. We had 3 rooms. She was RUDE and disrespectful. The young lady was maybe mixed with 2 races. Overall we always enjoy our stay at your hotels.

It was a very festive Mother’s Day celebration, one we really enjoyed! The atmosphere was diverse, very friendly and cozy, it was a wonderful way to celebrate Mom’s! We felt safe and secure. Our only concern was seeing a vehicle parked on the ramp portion of the handicapped spaces and seeing an elderly man with a walker have to park far away from the front entrance after all the handicapped spaces were taken. We realize it was an unusually large crowd with many guests arriving just to celebrate with their families in the restaurant/bar/lobby. We highly recommend it, even for locals who just need a great atmosphere to break away from the norm like we did. Thank you for great friendly service and the deliciously warm, fresh baked cookie was a wonderful surprise!

Great overall experience. However, one of our family member's car was broken in to despite there being a large security truck with flashing lights park 60 ft away from it.

Our stay was a one night for a family of 4. Overall the hotel was very nice and pleasant the staff upon checking in was very friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious. The only down fall but was the noise from the highway for the room that was giving to us but it didn't bother us at all. Will stay again on our next visit

Concierge was super nice and the cookie was delicious! Only complaint is the noise between floors. There were overly excited children on the floor above me, and one of them was running around like they were 300lbs. Hard to sleep until they did!

It was a nice hotel, but the hot tub was broken, and the pool was supposed to be closed due to heath concerns but they didn't put up a closed sign, so people (including my kids!) were still swimming. We didn't find out until a few days AFTER.

The staff was wonderful and friendly. The breakfast was very good. There was a large group of family and teens there for some sports event - this is a big enough hotel to host that type of thing so it may not always be quiet - though our sleep was not affected, just crowded elevators and common areas. Free parking.

Everything seemed to be going wrong at this hotel. First, there is only one entrance to the hotel, so you might have to walk a long way with your luggage from the parking lot. When I got in, there was a long line at reception and everything seemed to be taking longer than it should. The restaurant took forever to bring our orders and when they did, they were wrong. We had to ask for a kids’ menu and the server acted confused when we ordered from it. Our room keys didn’t work and when we got replacements, they still didn’t work. There was a sticky spot on the floor in our room and the bed was short-sheeted. I would not stay here again.

Location was convenient for our purposes (visiting family). Not much dining or shopping within walking distance. Free airport shuttle very nice. Staff was very friendly
