Quick overnight trip for my family passing through Denver. Enjoyed my stay, very helpful staff. Had some outdated items but it wasn't a huge deal. The light over the sink is very dim and I couldn't see very well. Not a big deal though.

Was accused of breaking the smoke alarm that was obviously very old and outdated. A helium ballon hit it and it fell off the wall. It was not hooked to anything and had no batteries. The test button also didn't work! I would think is against fire code not having a working smoke alarm especially since I was traveling with my small grandkids. Also we was at the end of the hallway where the outside door was broke and when they did fix it our key didn't work and we was locked out! The breakfast sucks! The Ukrainian Lady that was in charge of house keeping was extremely pleasant and very customer service oriented and we noticed and appreciate the very kind gestures!

When we checked in there was a security guard that was a little abrupt. I asked if the area was sketchy and he said no. But both when checking in and bringing my family in with our bags he jumped out of his seat. It was weird. The girl at the front desk checking us in was professional. We checked in just after the pool closed so we got up the next day to use the pool. The pool was closed for maintenance. We were told to give it a few and it would open. Never did open. They offered my 4 year old M&M's to soothe her over from the pool being closed. Got a $2.00 charge on my card. Then got a knock on the door at 10 am asking if we were leaving or paying for another night. I stated we were getting around and still had time to which the lady wanted to argue with me. Totally unprofessional.

Nice hotel, well located near family for us. Staff was very helpful. needed to move rooms and were very accommodating. Car in parking lot (not ours) had a "smash and grab" while we were there. That was the only concerning event.

Very nice place to stay. It was a convenient location for me while visiting family in the area. Breakfast area seemed to be a little understaffed, but in these times of tight labor it is understandable. Counter staff was very friendly and the manager seemed to be on property and making her rounds to make sure everything was in order.

room was dirty. There was a kid's sock under the A/C unit. Tabletops were sticky and it was clear some areas were not dusted. We brought wipes with us, and wipes showed lots of dirt after we wiped everything down. Also, breakfast was out of everything around 9 am on Sat. (5/14). No coffee, creamer, oatmeal, etc. Won't stay here again.

This hotel had the best customer service!! From the front desk staff, kitchen, maintenance and housekeeping. We were there for a funeral and felt like family by the hotel staff!
