Location ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Property ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Service ⭐️⭐️ From check in 5pm room not ready have to call 3x for extra pillows balcony sliding door knob is missing engineering took 4 hrs to show and fix after calling 2x 80% of staff are interns from another county Good for them. But to pay $1500.00 per night you expect Ritz Sevice Food ⭐️ Christmas buffet $180.00/ea + 20% service charge Food quality was like eating at $20.00buffet Staff’s family was eating there too Staff assigned to the carving station was carrying his baby while at work. Worst Ritz experience

Beautiful property. Staff more than willing to help. Gave my 2 children stuffed lions on our way out. A nice touch and much enjoyed by the kids.
