Unfortunately they do not have conditioners even though it’s over 70 degrees outside. When asking about them at the front desk they said just open the window. Open the window and sleep with it open, even though I have young children with me and the window opens to a road. See pics.

This was a great choice for our family vacation and snow trip to end the year 2023. The rooms were nice and roomy, clean, comfortable beds, perfect for families. The staff was helpful with local food suggestions and nearby snow activities. We will definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay here for weekend to visit family in North Tahoe. Room was super clean, beds comfortable, quiet and relaxing, close to downtown Truckee (is walkable), short drive to Palisades Tahoe Resort, Kings Beach. We would love to come back, and recommend staying here!

Amazing stay! Facilities are beautifully appointed. The staff was so incredibly nice. Restaurant was fantastic. I booked this stay for family and would absolutely book again when we have more visitors. Highly recommend!

The bed was too hard, but everything else was lovely. More chairs or beanbags would be nice in the lounge area, sleds to borrow for kids would be Nice.

Our family of three stayed here for one night in the King Suite. Our stay was exceptional - the staff were professional and kind, our room had all the amenities we needed, and the extra touches (such as evening cookies upon check in and coffee in the AM) made us SO comfortable. It was abundantly clear the staff/hotel are doing all they can to ensure a safe environment during the pandemic. This hotel set the bar high in terms of cleanliness and precautions towards Covid. We look forward to visiting again.
