Checking in was a nightmare, I called the day before and spoke to Ramon (Manager) regarding early check in, Ramon stated that it would be a $30 fee for checking in before 2 pm or no charge after 2 pm and noted my account. I arrived the day of check in at 1:30 pm and was helped by a going lady and stated they didn’t have a room for me even though I called the day before and the manager told me they’ll have a room ready for a $30 fee. 15 minutes later I had one of my family member check in and they gave them a room after I was told there was no room available. I went back to the front desk and spoke with Mark and he told me that they didn’t have any room available for me which made no senses and he was extremely rude. Mark seemed not to care at all, his exact words to me were that there was nothing he could so to come back at 4 pm to check in (extremely rude) He also told me that they’ll make sure the manager will call me on Monday morning and that never happened. We had to wait outside the hotel for over 2 hrs to check in. Extremely rude employees that don’t care about there customers

Had everything needed for a quick trip with a newborn

There were skid marks on the white comforter. When I checked out and reported it to the staff I was told I would get a call from the manager. No call, obviously they were not shocked or concerned about it.

The location and cost was convenient for our situation. However, right off the bat the employee checking us in was a little confrontational saying that we had booked two nights but when we had showed him our reservation he suddenly found our correct information. Secondly, where he had told us to park, ended up being on the opposite side of our room and we have a toddler. Thirdly, our toddler found a condom under the bed, thankfully it was unopened. Not much was offered in room amenities, no dirty laundry bag, no face wipes, only a couple of towels and a hand soap. Lastly, there was blood on one of the shower towels.

We have kids running very loud and playing outside our window it’s 9 pm. And a loud barking dog.

This hotel was comfy for a one night stay. The bed was on the harder side but the bathroom had a very nice shower. I appreciate that they use refillable soap and shampoo bottles instead of the little ones! I would stay here again!

Great customer service, pool was perfect for family/kids. Room was fairly clean.

We just used the room as a place to sleep while we visited family in the area. Was surprised that the hotel's policy required guests to call the front desk the night before if they wanted their room serviced. We were there for 6 nights.

Fabulous customer service all around. I had my grandchildren and there was a mistake on my part with the reservation. They were quick to resolve and get us to the pool. The site itself is a little outdated but didn’t effect our stay.. Gabe and his brother at reception are top notch. This business is lucky to have them.

Nice hotel- fridge was dirty and smelly. We were given an Ada room but we're not an Ada family.
