Quality Inn Temecula Valley Wine Country

I've spent several weeks at this hotel for several combined family and business trips over the last 3.5 months. The hotel is well run, staff do an excellent job, everything is clean and orderly as expected. It's in a very good, centrally located area. The front desk staff are friendly, excellent to work with and very professional. This is why I returned several times now. My only issue is the extremely slow internet that automatically logs you off after 2-3 hours. If you're in the middle of something online, you might lose your work. In my case logging in again required restarting my computer. The the hotel is highly recommended. However, if you are a business traveler, someone who does any type of online work, it might slow you down and frustrate you. If your internet needs are minimal during your stay, it won't matter to you. In my case I'm online a lot doing work and online research.

Check-in was swift and easy! The host, Jacob was professional and very kind. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool and jaccuzzi were most inviting and the breakfast was great! Thank you! I WILL return and be recommending this hotel to friends and family!

The staff was extremely helpful, the rooms were clean and quiet. We stayed 5 nights with a family of 8 people. The free breakfast was great fornsavingbmoneyband it had enough options for everyone to enjoy!

Staff were super nice! Rooms clean and comfortable. We really liked the grab and go breakfast too. My kids were very happy staying here. We brought our dog and there were spaces with grass to go walk her for bathroom breaks. Overall a great value hotel in a nice area! Do be like me and drive out to pick up pizza because I forgot Stadium was right by it!

The staff were all super nice and friendly. Fast check in and check out. Super clean, amenities were good and most of all they are pet friendly hotel and that’s why I loved and had a great time during my stay at Quality inn. I can bring my furry baby with me and he is the reason why we went out of town as my furry baby scared of fire works. We had a great time at temecula quality Inn and the city itself as well. Will surely book again at choice hotels or quality inn on my future travel needs.

The staff was wonderful! Thank you Marcus for all your help with getting everyone in their rooms and fixing the bill so it would all be on one. With the exception of my room, I had our dog with me, all rooms were right next to each other. I was very disappointed about 1 thing. When I booked our 4 rooms, the hotel said nothing about having a breakfast on the go. I picked this hotel because they still showed that they had breakfast. We paid more for the hotel than I would have liked because of that. I know 1 of our rooms the TV didn't work, which for that family was ok. The room I stayed in the TV had an issue with the remote. We said nothing to the staff, which I'm sure they would have tried to fix. The hotel is pet friendly and our dog was comfortable.

The room had ants, we had to ask for clean sheets and make the bed ourselves, the refrigerator/freezer was broken, the elevator was so scary and clearly hadn’t been serviced in a couple years. The bedspread had burn holes in it and clearly wasn’t clean. I will say the girl who checked us in was very nice and pleasant but the night staff guy was awful! Oh and the pool and jacuzzi handicap lifts were completely broken and not covered so basically toys kids could push above the pool and jacuzzi. I would not recommend this hotel.
