Hilton Garden Inn Temecula, CA

It was decent. The room was clean and newer, the TV went out. There is no daily service, I think that's in the past. So you just pay more "just because". They charge for breakfast and it a parking fee. Overall, it was nice. Just a few hang ups. If they give you room 113, its pool view is angled.... plus kids, kids, kids.😂

Perfect check in, room was amazing, enjoyed the pool and bar. Only issue was housekeeping. Check out is 11a.m. About 10 a.m. a gal knocked and entered simultaneously. I yelled still here and the door shut. 10:35 a.m. she’s knocking again and I yelled check out is 11. Only downside to this wonderful escape from my crazy family on the 4th!

The property is one of the newest in Temecula. The receptionist was very accommodating and gave us connecting rooms as we were traveling with children. The staff was friendly and greeted us as we passed by. Even though the room didn’t include breakfast they do offer it at a separate price. The rooms are spacious and modern. I do recommend this hotel for business travelers and families looking to stay a night or two.

When family comes to town I will be putting them up at the Hilton Gardens. New clean and friendly staff.

This is hotel is disgusting!!! The staff was useless. I booked two rooms, for two nights. The rooms were COVERED in dog hair. Just walking in the room, our socks were covered in it. The beds had dog hair as well. We had to call to ask for them to vacuum. Everything was filthy and you can tell they do not care about truly cleaning the rooms. We booked the rooms together, but they didn’t have the capacity to get the rooms together and we had young kids with us. Very inconvenient and annoying. Hilton hotels: if you do not have the ability to keep up your rooms, why on earth would you allow animals to stay there?? Deep clean your rooms especially if there are animals staying there before the next guest! Don’t stay here!!

Me and my wife was enjoying the pool then all of a sudden another guest had a pool party for her daughter and like 12 kid's that I'm sure that wasn't staying at the motel was in the pool so we couldn't enjoy the pool or the fire pit because of the same reason. we arrive a little earlier hoping to get in a little earlier like at maybe 2 but they didn't let us in until 3.45 probably will be My last time staying at a Hilton.

We love staying at the Hilton, staff is really friendly and my kids love the pool.

Room wasn’t ready at check in came back an hour later and it still wasn’t ready. Stephanie said there was nothing Hilton would do because it was booked with Expedia. She said there are parking fees that Expedia doesn’t mention. Overall we waited for an hour and half with 3 small children. We’re told a manager would call us in 48 hours.

The hotel was clean and had a great atmosphere, staff were accommodating, hotel lobby restaurant was convenient, comfortable and had really good food! I was impressed with the Thanksgiving meal, tasted homecooked. My family and I will definitely stay in this hotel again.

The facility was beautiful and our room was absolutely massive. A great place for our family. My problem however was the lack of service and cleanliness. The front desk was generally unhelpful, and they only told us about the expensive breakfast and that the parking garage cost extra AFTER I asked, and they seemed annoyed that I asked any extra questions….as if I should have just KNOWN. My other issue was with the housekeeping services. Our room was not stocked with any hand towels or hand soap, so we had to make do with other types of towels and soaps from the shower. The pillows for the pullout couch didn’t have pillowcases on them, and the pullout couch bed clearly had not had the sheets changed. They were crumpled and had hair and crumbs on them. There were also lots of wrappers left around and under the couch. I really wanted to love this place because of what great rooms were provided, but all the nickel and diming for things like parking and breakfast, paired with the annoyed front desk and the bad housekeeping makes me less than satisfied with our experience
