Best Western Plus Temecula Wine Country Hotel &Suites

Front desk ladies are very nice however our room was pretty dirty ( hairsand dust). We couldn’t even turn on the tv because remote was broken. It was a lot of noise around 3am outside and also homeless around there. I had kids with me so I felt very unsafe.

We booked that place so the kids could swim in the pool but the pool was out of order the entire 4 days we stayed ! I don’t think they tried to fix the issue that they had with the pool as soon as possible! The rooms didn’t get cleaned on daily bases When we asked why they didn’t cleaned the room they answered they only clean it when you asked for it ! We had our sign on the door all day for cleaning and nothing happened! I think the price 250.00 a night is way overpriced for what you get ! Wouldn’t stay there again !

The phone was not answered when calling the direct line. Pamela was very helpful when I had to leave one night early due to a family emergency.

The front desk staff were friendly including the kitchen staff. Parking was a great plus - it had overhead coverage/shade, but it's first come first serve. The room was spacious with 2 beds and a sofa. It's always nice to sit and relax on a sofa while watching tv with the family. Convenient location. To our surprise, we enjoyed our stay. We didn't get a chance to use their facility though.

Very easy check in, room was very comfortable, kids absolutely loved the pool (and being indoor out of the sun, after a full day of soccer, was an added bonus). Was able to procure extra towels and replacement for missed toiletry items without problems. Breakfast was very good (only drawback was the juice machine not working) and kids were thrilled with the waffle maker, and the heart shaped indentation for the syrup was ingenious. Great place to stay, would definitely recommend and return.

This was the most horrible experience we have ever had in a hotel. Mind you my family and I have not always stayed at the fanciest hotels and this one takes the cake. The walls are paper thin we could hear every conversation every sound being made by our neighbors. To top it off the people staying next to our room decided to have a party at 4:30am until 7am we called the front desk for assistance in controlling the noise and nothing happened. Horrible. Save your money and your peace of mind and stay somewhere else. Sad bc my family and I have stayed at many best westerns and this was most horrible place to stay!! This was my husband and I first time visiting old town Temecula and this ruined our trip!! We got no rest and instead of being a fun and restful trip we came back home more tired!!

We had a family member in the hospital, and it was a wonderful place to stay and be close to the Temecula Valley Hospital.

I had the worst night. I stayed here with my kids for the Temecula soccer tournament. All I could here was upstairs walking, talking, crying it was non stop. People upstairs and next door. The walls are not thick enough. I had to sleep with my ear phones on to avoid the noise caos. You can hear everything. I paid $300. What a waste of money. Do not stay here. Stay somewhere else.

Elevator was broken and the kids and I were locked inside for hours. Fire department was called to rescue us. Scary situation for the lil ones. Never using anything but the stairs from now on.
