Springhill Suites by Marriott Temecula Wine Country

The rooms are nice and clean. The beds are comfortable. The only improvement they need is the check in process. When we walked in there was no one at check-in. Once the front desk arrived, she was very professional. My family had a nice experience and we will be staying there again.

We enjoyed thr clean, spacious room, the snack bar was great for the kids and adults. Great location, i wish it was a little bit cheaper.

Great place to stay for a family. Only qualm would be that the ac did not work well.

Size of the rooms was great for a family of 6. Nice to have toilet separate from shower/bath. Refrigerator and microwave came in handy. Breakfast was included and included options for everyone. Staff was kind and helpful. The only drawback is the sound of the freeway but only when sitting outside at the pool.

My room had a musty dirty smell. Put in my kids Lunch in the refrigerator overnight and the refrigerator stop working had to throw away my kids . The bed was comfortable, was hard to fall asleep with the bad smell in the room

Nice and inexpensive hotel that suited our needs-which was for our kids to swim in their indoor pool. Staff were nice and welcoming. Our room was clean,beds were comfy. It is just close to the freeway and you can hear cars passing by.

I've never been to Temecula, but decided to take my 3 kids. The location was very convenient. Super close to Old Town Temecula, which is adorable. I like the clean room with a sofa bed and king. I also liked that it had a microwave, coffee maker, and mini fridge. There's a heated indoor pool which was fun. We liked the free breakfast in the morning, with waffle maker and eggs. The staff at the front desk were very friendly. Loved the free cookies in the lobby!

Clean, professional and friend staff. Location is perfect for travelers and breakfast is decent/reasonable for costs of your stay. Amenities like pool is not well maintained, they don’t have complimentary water in the room, and the AC is not working properly, we set it to the full blast ,lowest temp as possible but still not producing enough cold air. We were sweating the whole night, including my 1year old kid. Very disappointed on that part.

We stayed at the Springhills Suites for a girls winery trip, hotel was very accommodating, they allowed us to leave our car before we checked in to our room and they also put us on a list for early check-in. My only issues was we tried to enjoy the pool for some R&R and they must of had a kids tournament, Teenagers everywhere , not comfortable at all, I'd rather not stay w 20+ teenager's running all around the hotel, besides that the hotel was great, we just booked a bad weekend date.

My first impression of the property was that there seemed to be not enough front desk workers. I was standing in line for a good while -- there was one front desk employee working while another kept going to the front and back to the office. No acknowledgement, no greeting from anyone. Did not have the friendly vibe. Our room was nice and clean. The sink in the bathroom didn't drain quickly so the dirty water stayed for a while every time we washed our hands. The shower faucet in the tub would not keep the water out so I was showering in a pool of water. The kids and I liked that there were many channels on the tv so we had a variety of shows to watch. Overall, the stay for 1 night was pleasant but I wouldn't stay for more than 2 nights until these issues are corrected.
