My husband, 2 children, and myself came for a soccer tournament. We booked a 2 queen room but were bumped to a king and pull-out sofa. We I went to complain, I was told they had overbooked the hotel and our room still slept 4 people so they gave us what we paid for. When getting ready for bed and pulling out the sofa bed, there were no supplies for the bed accept the fitted sheet that remained from the previous guest which was stained with makeup and hair. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Restroom toilet is buried to deep into floor, looks like is a toy for a 6 years toddler learning to use it. Bed mattress is poor quality and very hard. Restroom exhaust fan or system is not working. Coffee maker works great but owner doesn't provide water. Found hairs on towels.

I'm a member of Best Western , me and my family always stay in BW and always satisfied with our stay, except this one, the phone landline is not working, we want to request for extra towels, so we need to walk in the reception to get one, the hair dryer is broken and their toilet bowl look gross, it has a stain on it. Room is worn out and their bed is itchy.

The people on front desk Are very nice!! Is very clean… room are nice and clean!! Pool is perfect for kids… I don’t know why the bad reviews….
