The location was quiet and safe. We loved the staff they all were nice and helpful. Our children had fun staying here. They felt welcome by the staff which is a WIN for us. Will definitely return when we are back in town.

Hotel was conveniently located near things to do. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the complimentary breakfast was good. The only complaint I have is how thin the walls were and how much the rooms echoed. Each morning our neighbors had kids screaming and playing and running up and down the halls at 8 a.m. which was frustrating when trying to sleep in. But everything else was good.

We don't stay anywhere else when visiting family in Temecula.

We stayed here for 5 nights while visiting family in Temecula. We enjoyed it. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Hotel was kept clean. The gym equipment is up to date. The pool and outside lounge area were very nice.

We booked for a quick overnight stay. The room was very spacious, clean and new. The bathroom and shower were large and sparkling clean. Loved the kitchenette. I would definitely stay again. Perfect for families.

Booked the one bdrm unit. The unit was very nice, clean, & very roomy. The fold out couch is comfortable too. Very ideal for a family or friends that want their own privacy for sleeping. The only disappointment was that we noticed a towel made its way in the pool & was still in the pool the next day. I woke up hoping to use the pool, but looking at the pool from our room, there was a lot of debris in it. We called the front desk & was told the pool was scheduled to be serviced that am. Within 30 minutes the pool service people were there making the pool crystal clear, but by then it was time to check out so I didn't get to use it. I was bummed out about that. Breakfast was pretty good, but would have liked to see more fruit. They only had green apples. Juice machine wasn't working but there was milk, coffee & hot tea.

I made three reservations of three rooms for me and my family for the second of April with the same credit card so I could pay the three reservations, we arrived at the hotel at 11 am to pay the reservations because during the day we would be busy and it would be impossible to return to the hotel, the receptionist who attended me (Ashley) was not only rude when I said good morning, her reply was to tell me what I wanted, I explained that I wanted to pay for my reservations because I could not pay them later, and He replied that I could only pay for the reservation that was in my name, it caused me a setback because my family was already far from the hotel, when I explained it to Miss Ashley she told me that this was not her problem, this lady was not only rude in not saying good morning to me but afterwards she was extremely rude, I want to warn all future clients not to deal with her, because she should not have the position she has
