Best Western Plus Corning Inn

We use this hotel as stop on trips to visit family. It is very convenient and comfortable. We also like the free breakfast.

The two king bed suite was incredibly spacious for my family, and the room was impeccably clean with a comfortable bed. The pool and spa provided a very relaxing experience, and the ambiance was delightful

Heading home it was right off the freeway, so easy on off access. The building looks nice from the outside and is right next to a star bucks. The pool and hot were in doors which was nice. The pool was great my kids loved it but the hot tub wasn’t even hot it was warm. My room was on the 2nd floor. When going half way down the first floor hall to get ice my kids and noticed an awful smell. It smelled like pee and poop. I didn’t even realize it was pet friendly but it was. The smell was so bad. We will never stay here again. The breakfast was okay. Waffles, eggs, sausage, toast and cereal. Basic.

Convenient to the highway and nice place. The indoor pool was a hot with the kids after a long day on the road. Breakfast was also good in the morning.

The employee who checked me in was professional and efficient. There is a Starbucks in the same parking lot, which is always a plus for me. Unfortunately, the price I paid (~$180 for a Saturday night in April) was too high considering some of the problems I had. My first room contained an in-room jacuzzi tub, which was dripping water at a fast rate, despite the knobs being turned all the way off. I thought 'There is no way I'm going to be able to sleep with a leaky faucet in the same room as the bed.'. I went back to the front desk and was assigned a different room that was sufficient, however the idea of giving me a room with a clearly dripping in-room faucet stuck with me - what kind of place is this that they would give a customer a room with a dripping faucet close to the bed? The hotel is also dated, and the bottom-floor door to the outside kept slamming closed. Understandable because it's meant to keep out non-registered visitors; however, the noise really reverberated upstairs and I was worried that it would go on all night (thankfully it didn't). Finally, I needed help from the front desk when I checked out and there was no-one working the front desk! I waited and waited and finally caught a housekeeper's attention. She indicated that the front desk employee had just parked her car and was on her way. Indeed, the fd employee had just pulled up with her family and hurried in to help me. I understand that it's hard to find consistent help, but lower the price pls

Welcomed with a smile & smooth check-in. We got the last booking available & stayed in an ADA room. We also caught the Last “late check-out” avail. -12Noon. It was a surprise how nice an ADA room was. We had not stayed in one before. Room had many lamps plenty of light. Couple windows & two thermostats for each side of room. Nice feature. We did not use it. Overall Temp was good without it. Also, a desk & chair, comfy sofa & chair sitting area- all clean & spacious. Signs of wear in room -yet noticeable cleanliness overall. Bathroom clean & enough towels for our family. Very nice indoor pool area & hot tub, so Excellent after hiking & camping multi days @ Yosemite - it was wonderful. Towels @ front desk for Pool Use. Clean breakfast area & food was Fresh. Fresh Fruit options Bananas, Apples & Oranges. Big Waffles you cook. Batter mixed well & simple instructions. Eggs boiled &/or scrambled. Sausage links moist & good temp. Also oat meal packets, muffins, wheat & white bread, & bagels. 4 Juice variety available. Coffee, tea & hot cocoa, Or Just water. Toiletries had a lovely citrus & washing up was refreshing. Staff kind & helpful. Parking was easy enough- even after we returned from dinner with fewer options. Overall good experience. We will be happy to return! Thank you for the price option.

I have stayed by myself and with my family here throughout the last 10+ years, whenever we'd go visit my parents. Sadly, this past visit is my last. The place has the same wonderful lady working there for I can't even remember how many years. She always recognized me and was kind, especially my last few visits taking closing out my parents estate. Only bad thing I have to say is bring your own pillow! They have plenty, but they just aren't that comfortable.

The stay at Corning was wonderful we Finnally drive 8 hours from Orange County to visit family we haven’t seen in awhile and they recommend best western plus and I am gonna say it was great parking was easy n on site no charge we had a bottom room which was convenient for me and family to move around the pool and jacuzzi was clean maybe the pool needs a lil tile maintenance but anything else is great they have a coffee latte hot chocolate hot tea machine in lobby which was great when I needed something before bed and then waking up to breakfast they had options like muffins bagels toast cereals yoghurt n u were able to make a waffle which was plus to me but the only thing was they repeated biscuits and gravy not sure the idea of that but my son liked it but they had scrambled eggs and sausage also the hotel here was a nice stay the blond girl in the front was really running the show there she was doing breakfast restock cleaning helping front desk washing towels in the back she was nice and greeted us everytime she saw us she deserved a great pay and raise I stood 3 days here and it was a great experience will be back soon
