Days Inn by Wyndham Red Bluff

It was horrible stay. Room was not clean at all and they didn’t do any housekeeping. The day one onwards the room was smelling very bad and try to complain and waited in the reception more than 20 minutes but the receptionist was busy with getting new guests. They were unattended while breakfast time at cafeteria and we have to ask multiple times to fill the items. I never advise anyone to this place I struggled literally with my family there

Loved this spot. Was great for our family. Kids loved breakfast. Pool was clean and we enjoyed our time there. Room was recently updated. Staff was kind and helpful.

This place is terrible. We had no working toilet due to them shutting off the water for a leak. They admitted they knew about the issue but put us in the room anyway. We had two young children so we could not switch rooms or have a repair person in the room in the middle of the night. They also charged me $50 for taking two pillows which I definitely did not. The pillows were extremely flat and cheap and we didn’t even use them. The area is very sketchy and we did not want to leave our room. Stay away from this property.

Great stay with Above and Beyond Excellent service from front desk host David!!! Memorial Day weekend stay for a family wedding. The hotel is conveniently off the freeway and minutes away from department stores and food. The rooms were clean and comfortable and good quality mattress and pillows. Surprised they used memory foam pillows for extra comfort. Basic Continental breakfast but the icing on the cake for this stay was the Amazing front desk host David. Not only is his energy very lifting, he is very attentive to all the guests, especially at the breakfast time and making sure everyone is taken care of. On this note alone, I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay at this location again. Plenty of parking. They have an outside pool which is perfect for the hot weather during the summer. Thanks again

Definitely a budget motel, nothing fancy about it at all. Clean enough, bedding is comfortable. They get high points for having lots of electrical outlets, often an issue with motels in this price range. If you're sensitive to noise, you might have a problem here (I'm not, and slept like a baby). It is RIGHT on the I-5 freeway, and the freeway never sleeps.

We stayed here for 1 night visiting family nearby because we saw it was renovated in 2021 and didn't have carpeted floors (which we prefer for hotel rooms). Well renovation doesn't matter if it's not well taken care of after that. They need to improve their cleaning crew - my wife took a shower and grabbed a 'clean' towel and started drying off only to realize the towel itself was covered in long black hairs that were definitely not hers. The other 'clean' bath towel in the room had two ashy-looking black spots on it. There were a few strange spots on our bedsheets, my wife and I opted to sleep in our clothes and on top of the covers. We figured 'it's just one night' and we had gotten there late in the evening and just wanted to sleep and not worry about changing hotels. We had a terrible nights sleep, as you would guess. There were other things that seemed unclean about the room -- like the floor had spots on it like the mop dripped dirty water and they just let it dry like that. Never coming back here, that's for sure.

Check in was good, employee was polite and professional. Called to ask where ice machine was, told it was out of order but while having breakfast machine in dining area was producing ice. Coke machine was out of order also. Walk in shower did nothing to prevent water from going all over the floor in bathroom, almost slipped and fell. My favorite was when I went fir breakfast the coffee urn said” regular coffee “ on it, then on too of the urn it said “decaf “. I went and asked front desk attendant which it was and he said decay, we don’t serve regular coffee. I said WHY?????? He said that’s just what we do. Are you kidding me, you have a hotel off of interstate 5 that caters to travelers and you don’t offer caffeinated coffee. Overall the room was the most basic of basic of any hotel I have ever stayed at. The breakfast offerings were pathetic also. Bagles, but no cream cheese, only peanut butter, really??? Website said yogurt was included in breakfast, none to be found. Very disappointed

After a late check in, my husband and I did not feel safe due to activity in parking lot and surrounding area. Our infant son was irritable and crying much of the 2 hours we spent there before checking out. We had to pack up and go to a different hotel at 1130 at night.

Nick at the front desk is a jewel. You are lucky to employ him. He let us check in early because we had a sick child that needed bed rest to recover. Thanks again Nick.

This was my second stay at this facility. Location convenient for my visit with family, bed very comfortable, room clean, nice breakfast, pool refreshing, staff friendly & accommodating. Only problem was TV was not working the entire stay though reported 3 times.
