Hampton Inn & Suites Red Bluff

Arrived with my three children late at night. They provided a crib at no charge, extra clean sheets. We put the kids to bed and hung out at the lobby, it was a great stay. The lobby has a 75" tv which was great since they kids were sleeping

Easy to find. Right off I 5. Close to shopping for food or to several eateries. Room was clean and was not cramped or crowded feeling with 3 adults and one toddler sharing space

Went here with my puppies and it was a really nice stay but there was a family having a reunion or gathering and they were quite loud in the lobby until 12 a.m. so I know the rooms aren't very soundproofed. Can't fault the staff for not impeding on a family gathering but it would have been nice if you couldn't hear it. The fan was also sounded a bit squeaky, so I suppose a lot of my room for improvement surrounds the noise. Will stay here again, though.

Everything went smoothly with my stay. The front desk staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The housekeeping staff was excellent and responsive to my needs. The hotel has a nice backyard pool and social area for outdoors family gathering.

A clean, cozy and comfortable stay for our family at Hampton Inn, Red Bluff. This is a great location if you are traveling to Lassen National Park. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hot breakfast had enough variety to keep my children happy. Outdoor swimming pool on a hot day was great. Would definitely recommend for families traveling with Children.

The room & the facility are very clean. Staff is courteous & generally friendly. The toilet is too low (must be child toilets).

I booked this property last minute on a trip. I ended up staying 4 nights. The room was very clean. Front desk and housekeeping staff were super friendly. The walls are a little thin, so there is a little noise in the evenings, with kiddos and people checking in. I felt safe and the cleaning was top notch. The pool area is very nice, as are the grounds. This will be my top choice every time I stay in this area.

The exterior of this Red Bluff Hampton Inn looks a little older than others I have stayed. The interior decoration is modern and fine. The hotel has a patio sitting area overlooking a grassland. The hot breakfast is very good, and the eating area is well design. Our room has refrigerator and microwave. However, I cannot give a high rating due to poor room construction and design. I could hear my neighbor snore loudly. It was already 11pm and we had a long day. I didn’t want the hassle to change room, so I didn’t tell front desk. We stayed on second floor room 218. Around midnight, a whole bunch of people marched into the room upstairs. I could hear them walking running in their room for a whole hour. Around 7 am in the morning, I heard kids yelling and playing. Found out later that the noise is from the breakfast area atrium downstairs. The high ceiling atrium looks good but why we could hear the noise through our front room door? Poor design and construction material? So, we didn’t have enough sleep despite going to bed early.

We have stayed many times at this hotel. We feel safe there and it is a very clean facility. I love that I can bring my dog. The breakfast was great. I love that there are 3 beds in a room to accommodate my large family. The staff is awesome. Very friendly and professional.Things I don't like are no hot tub, and I do not like that there is alcohol being sold at the front desk. That is totally unnecessary.
