Comfort Suites Red Bluff near I-5

Upon arrival we walk in checkin and everything looks good. Looks clean. I booked online thinking it was going to be nicer than motel 6... it was NOT! Our room was dirty! Walls, switches, the tv card that shows channels was disgusting, the shower had stains in it along with hair. . Our tv did not work! The controller looked like a hospital controller and supposedly they had "master" controllers down at the desk but they did not work either! The curtains were unable to close all the way. I was soooo disappointed because i paid more for a room because my family and i were driving from Oregon to California (southern) and i wanted a nice room for the night. I might as well have stayed at motel 6 and gotten the same quality but cheaper! This hotel is where a lot of construction heads stay when there jobs send them out of town.

Very nice and well maintained place for our group of 7 families in 7 rooms. Kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast is hot and good. We only stayed for 1 night on our way to Oregon. Staffs are professional. Requested rooms are large and accommodating. We will be back.

This was a last minute trip and I booked the hotel last minute. It was so great! I had a special request due to my bad arthritic knees and they accommodated my request with no issues. The staff are really kind and very professional. Every area was very clean. It is an older hotel but no dirt or grime anywhere. I will stay here again if I am in the area. Also gas and food less than a block away. McDonalds right across the street. Great pool, would be good for families with kids.

Good place for family

Convenient location, accommodated my travel needs with a child and a dog. Property was well maintained, room was clean, friendly staff. Will stay again when back in the area.

The stay was nice but my whole family went out to the pool and spa and we couldn't get in. The pool and spa wasnt clean. The kids were sad.
