Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Red Bluff-South Redding, an IHG Hotel

Thank you for making our stay a wonderful experience. Everyone was very helpful. Stayed on way to families and stayed on the way back.

There was a lot to like about this stay, like, the cleanliness of the room, the fantastic breakfast selection, the courteous staff and one of the better beds I've slept in with just the right firmness to provide for a comfortable sleep. There were two things that made drop it one star. One, there were no USB outlets for charging, they should replace the wall outlets with ones that come with 2 USB ports. Two, the desk should have a lamp by it to allow guests with laptops without backlit keyboards to more clearly see the keys when typing. I will definitely stay there the next time I visit family.

Great stop for the night. Clean, spacious room with enough space for a family of 5 plus a dog. Full breakfast included. We would definitely stop again on our long drive up the 5. Late check in was no problem.

Great location, family friendly, clean pool, and plenty of parking.

The pool has poor ventilation and the chlorine was so strong in the air it bothered our eyes just watching the kids swim.

Please do not put loud noisy children on the 3rd floor, they kept us up and even after we complained they continued. Stomping on the floor until late.

The price was good, the number of beds was nice for my big family, and the indoor pool was nice. But our room smells like smoke even though its a non smoking room. The elevators were broken, so we had to haul our luggage up the stairs to our room.

Weather was good, the only problem was that your property was over booked and we had to be transferred to a near by property, the Hampton suites, which it was good, no complains, but we had plans and other family members stayed at the Holliday inn, so we weren’t together as planned

We stayed here for a family getaway to Mount Shasta and Lassen National Park for 5 days (M-F) We did so much during the days that we always come back tired. We generally use hotels to wash up and sleep. The beds were comfy as we knocked out without any issues. It’s right by the freeway so if you’re a light sleeper or if you’re not completely exhausted from a full day of exploration, it may affect you. It’s also near a train track. We weren’t bothered by it. The breakfast was great. Egg options every day with cereal, fresh fruit, sausage, gravy and biscuits, pancake machine, coffee, tea, choice of juices and options of milk (including plant base). The kitchen staff was attentive and friendly. If you come at the right time, you may find some yummy cookies at the front counter. Much welcomed sweet treat to end the day! The bathroom was roomy and clean. The front desk were always friendly and helpful. The rate was in point. We enjoyed our stay very much. Would stay here again if we come for a stay in this area.
