The hotel was okay. Old, but adequate. Room was fine but the beds were hard and lumpy. It was very noisy with thin walls which allowed us to hear the happy children running up and down the upstairs hallway. Not a bad thing, just loud. Breakfast was prepackaged fruit cups, waffles, muffins, bagels, cereals, etc., with bread to toast. Hard boiled eggs were a plus. Coffee and hot water were available. The desk gals were pleasant. The pool was closed due to pump failure, but should be repaired by May. We didn't have time for the hot tub or pool so that was fine. If we had wanted to, we could have gone across the street to use the pool at "our sister hotel". For the money and one night, it was fine.

We didn’t stay at the location. I booked on a Wednesday night during a slow week. I explained to the representative that my husband got his hand caught in a snow blower blade and had surgery to attach his finger. We also have a newborn baby. We needed to stay near the hospital because his surgery discharge was after 11pm and the hospital encouraged us not to travel in winter snow. We are having financial hardship but I booked w hotels.com to keep my family safe. I was hoping for a human understating response but it felt like I communicated with robots who didn’t care except about making money. The hospital staff felt terrible and gave us a free hotel 5 minutes after I already booked with hotels.com. The hospital showed human kindness and we were grateful. I called hotels.com to cancel 10 minutes after I made the booking and was unable to get a refund. I will be going back to that hospital but most likely won’t be using hotels.com in the future. Janis at the Aladdin inn was aware of the situation and her manager at Aladdin did not work with hotels.com to help my family during a tough time.

Room was by the ice machine, vending machines and main door to hallway…. Noisy ALL NIGHT! Will not be staying there again Top floor people extremely noisy. At one point it sounded like kids running all over….. left out early in the morning to get back home to get rest! VERY DISAPPOINTED.

The staff was great, but only one person on duty to answer phones and try to check people in. Room was on the end of the hotel reserved for people with pets. Third time they’ve put us in this exact same room and the door lock still doesn’t work after two years. The room smelled as if it had been smoked in and they tried to cover up the smell. Walls and floors are paper thin. End of hotel is area where everyone goes to drink and smoke pot. So lots of noise, arguing and fighting. Dogs barking all night , so the front desk had to be called at 12:30 AM. Sadly, it used to be a really nice little place to stay. Now it’s a Haven for bad behavior. Breakfast was in the lobby. Two small tables with a total seating for eight people. It only runs from 7 AM to 9 AM and there was nowhere to sit down. I was run over by children pushing their way in the lobby to get to food before anyone else. Guess we won’t go back there again.

This is a great family stay hotel. The staff was really nice. The place was clean. There is a lot of food options close to it. Plus, Kohl’s, and the dollar tree nearby. The snow was about 30 minutes from this hotel. We will stay again.

The front desk was very easy to work with ans asked to accomodate us to stay on the bottom floor since I have two babies. And offered other options to make our stay easier as well.

I have been coming to this hotel for more then 10 years and it looks like its under new management because their customer service is not terrible but it could get better , one the door keys wasn't working which was fine , and when we went out and came back at midnight our keys didn't work and came back to the lobby to have them reset , and then this morning the bath tub was clogged and water wasn't going down which makes me think was it cleaned ? because the housekeeper would of noticed it immediately and i am showering a small bug to me looked like a baby roach ! When i checked out i told the lobby clerk and wasn't concern and said would let maintenance know because to her it wasn't a roach it was called something else with her unpleasant attitude, and especially i showed her the picture i took which i will not post unless i am asked!

There was nothing good to say. The place is unsafe and I will likely report it to Public Health. I didn't stay as the conditions were horrible.and I was given a full refund. I arrived to see on the same sign advertising its location a large sign stating housekeepers needed. The bathroom of the 1st room was dirty and had what looked like mold. Rose, from the lobby claimed it was a stain. She moved me to a different room. The blinds didn't work and the device to adjust them had been broken off I was in town related to a death in the family. I was exhausted, showered, and pulled back the covers to go to bed and the sheets were wrinkled and had spots which appeared to be body fluids. I changed from pjs and got dressed and went back to the lobby. Rose said the sheets might be wrinkled because the housekeepers had quit and the ones left probably didn't iron them. She then also said that she had let her son's dad sleep in that room last night but he promised he had only slept on the top of the bed and didn't pull back hte covers so the sheets should be clean, but maybe that also made the sheets wrinkled. The room was a non-smoking room. It may as well have not been. This location is full of smokers and pot smokers. The hallways have a strong stench and Rose in the lobby smells of cigarettes and as does the lobby. This was a nightmare and I was 6 hours away from home searching for any place with an open room at 9 PM at night because this room was unsafe to stay in.

Room was spacious, staff was amazing! Restaurant and gas station in the same parking lot which made it convenient to grab breakfast and snacks. We travel A LOT and usually stay at higher end hotels but this was a spur of the moment weekend so we just booked something fairly priced and crossed our fingers, we were not disappointed! The kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub (which is HOT) plus there was plenty of seating and a gazebo to sit and play games while we enjoyed the pool. Beds were very comfortable but the pillows were a bit awkward.
