Hotel Charlotte

The whole Hotel Charlotte experience from booking to checking out was excellent. The communication from Hotel Charlotte was incredible, they helped me book an additional package to make my family’s stay more meaningful, and when we had to leave our travel crib home they were able to have one ready for our arrival on short notice. While there are closer gateways to Yosemite, our stay at the Hotel Charlotte was a perfect way to stay outside the park and prepare for an early morning arrival in Yosemite.

Fantastic historic boutique hotel located within driving distance to Yosemite National Park. Owner is incredibly pleasant and staff is great. This was a great stay and I will recommend to friends and family.

What a fantastic find, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left Connie and her grand daughter Taylor made our stay an experience we will never forget. You are treated as one of the family and have the run of the house. After arriving we sat outside and were entertained by all the hummingbirds feeding on one of the many feeders Connie has set up all around the house. If you love nature then this is the area for you as along with the hummingbirds we saw blue jays,kilbeys and heard the screech owl who lives in a nearby tree. The friendliness and service are fantastic as is the communal breakfast where Connie bakes her own fritatta and biscuits (like English scones but far far better). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this jewel of a B&B to anyone who find themselves within traveling distance as you will never forget a unique experience.
