We arrived late at night with 2 tired kids. Checked into a room that felt damp, filthy carpet, aircon smelled when we turned it on. That must be one of the worst experiences I have ever had

Had I known this was where company’s send employees work around the areas I would have reconsidered booking with children. A group of 5 men hung out around their work vehicle for several hours until just after 10pm drinking and blasting music. The doors are so thin and we could hear everything. Around 9 karaoke started in the parking lot while someone threw up. I get they’re trying to relax after work but they clearly seen we had children with us. It was insane. The rooms were nice and clean though.

Great stay, i will for sure be coming back here if i am ever in the Santa Maria area again. Definitely a safe spot to bring yur family and kids. Room was very clean, loved the wet bar area, and i absolutely love that they provided free breakfast for guests. Awesome!

Checking in and checking out was a breeze. Breakfast was great. Very convenient to store and restaurant. Only complaint was TV didn’t work while we was there and bathroom door doesn’t lock but other then that it was a nice 3 day stay with family.

Convenient and close to all of Santa Maria’s friends and family. Clean and updated rooms. Separate and private toilet area from the rest of the bathroom!

I booked this property for a family event in Santa Maria. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a very friendly young man. My room was ready right when I arrived. Once in the room, I was able to rest on my very comfy bed. Night time was quiet, everything in my room was just perfect. This facility is conveniently located to everything. The best part is Starbucks on the corner. I will definitely book this place for a return trip to see family in this very cute city.

Impressed by how this hotel continues to strive for cleanliness, comfort and keeping the rooms up to date. I'm a regular at this hotel when I come to visit family in town for 10+ years and always notice change for good. On this trip, I expressed my needs for needing ground floor and being close to the lobby as possible. The front desk accommodated my request without hesitation. Continental breakfast is sufficient and the staff is always friendly.

Easy late check in for a quick stop over, very clean room, big spacious bathroom perfect for our family of 4, eco friendly bath products. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed in the hotel with my family including a toddler for a night. The check-in process was smooth and quick, the room was very clean. The property is in a quiet and safe location. Overall it was a pleasant stay, would definitely visit again.
