The Agrarian Hotel, BW Signature Collection

I was not thrilled with my experience at this Hotel. When we arrived, the man at the desk seemed friendly enough and commented that because we were such nice people he would love to have been able to give us a room upgrade, but because we had booked through Hotels.com, he wasn’t able to do that for some reason. He also commented that in the future, we would be better served to call the hotel directly for a reservation because apparently we were locked into whatever room we had booked. He told us that they always reserve the first floor for kids and dogs because they are loud. (We have neither) Then he gave us a room on the first floor, right next to the lobby and the dining room. It was the loudest , most uncomfortable experience I have ever had in a hotel anywhere. We are late sleepers, and unfortunately between 7 AM and 10 AM we got to experience the entire hotel talking loudly through the hallways, slamming doors, clinking their breakfast plates in the room right next to us. We also got to listen to the children screaming in the swimming pool, which was right outside our patio. It also turns out that our room was an ADA room, So it had no carpeting and it had a roll in shower (the bathroom floor was soaked after every shower. I am not sure how it’s acceptable to ever have anyone stay in a room like this. I don’t like that I was penalized for booking through this website.

We enjoyed our stay, it’s a great location with lot’s of cute shops and restaurants within walking distance. We took the kids to Mustang Waterpark where they had a blast and then visited Pismo Bech Pier in the evening for dinner and shopping. Breakfast had many good options, I would definitely return. Only odd thing is they don’t put hand soap in your room? I asked the guy at the front and he said they’ve never offered it to guest.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room exceeded our expectations. The beds were comfortable and the the room in general was clean and very comfortable. My kids really enjoyed the pool. The complimentary breakfast was the cherry on top. Thank you The Agrarian Hotel!

Great property to stay at! I have small kids and they were so hospitable! I’d definitely recommend and stay here again!

It was a fantastic experience. Eric at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful for all of my family’s needs. He helped make our stay incredibly pleasant. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone coming to this are.

An amazing family vacation with great service and wonderful hotel staff

Had a small baby next door that cried at night. Could hear through the joining door. Breakfast was the same every morning, could use some variety.

Wonderful stay at the Agrarian. Staff was friendly and courteous. Rooms were well appointed. My ‘only’ negative was the water pressure in the shower. I would definitely recommend the Agrarian for solo travelers as well as families.

Great place to stay. Had everything thing we needed. Complimentary breakfast was great. They had complimentary happy hour. Unfortunately we were too busy with family.

The best hotel!! Must stay!!!! Super clean!!! Really good for kids!!
