Our family had a wonderful stay at Hampton Inn Santa Cruz! The room was spacious, and the beds were irresistibly soft and plush, ensuring a comfortable night's rest. The complimentary breakfast was a fantastic bonus, saving us money while providing a variety of options. Its proximity to the beach and Santa Cruz attractions made it an ideal choice for family trips. The staff exhibited professionalism, adding to the overall positive experience. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel is perfect for a morning stroll. We highly recommend Hampton Inn Santa Cruz for a delightful and family-friendly getaway!

The stay was comfortable and close to several local spots we like to visit, as well as close to family. I hoped there would be a hot tub or sauna.

My family and I had a great stay. Rooms were very modern, climate control, smart tv. Located right next to where you want to be. Breweries, eatery’s, beach look out. Parking was a little tough. Limited space. I got a little workout in as well and fitness space had everything you needed to get a good pump. Very clean.

The entire hotel is lovely and great location. The lady at the front desk was less than helpful though - a family with small children asked if they had milk in the small 'store' in the lobby. The front desk lady simply said no to everything asked without noting 'however, there is a 7 Eleven across the street' - literally cross at the lights right there and bump into it. She also didn't help us with questions - simply 'I don't know' without trying to look into it.

Our rooms were very clean and well supplied with towels. The only thing I would change is the choice of toilet paper. One ply toilet paper just does not work. But other than that our experience was nice. I would totally recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Room not cleaned despite sign that said every other day; when pointed out to staff, they said room was only done every four days; had to remind them of their own policy and then they didn't work with me on another time to have the room cleaned. They did send up a person and I got towels but they did not clean the other room we had for my family. Nothing on website indicates their cleaning policy

The room was amazing! We had a king size bed in a junior suite. The space was so big! It had a bar area, a big bathroom and a pull out bed. Everything looked clean and well taken care of. The computer system was going through some update when we got there and the staff was very apologetic for the bit of a wait we had, and was very helpful with check-in. Really enjoyed our stay.
