Before and during the booking, the property was showing as having a indoor heated pool. Two days before the check-in when I still have free cancellation I called the front desk and asked about the pool and they confirmed it is there and in working condition. Yes, I called the front desk of the property directly. The reason i called is the hotel i was in before gave me a suprise that their pool is not in working condition. My kids were disappointed and so I wanted to make sure. But after I checked-in to the hotel, they said there is no pool at all!! and that it was removed during renovation!. I felt cheated. However the front desk staff were very friendly. They Cancelled the reservation and assured full refund (Yet to see the amount or a confirmation email) . Hopefully I will get the refund.

This was close to our family event and very pretty trail in the area but very limited food choices as it is a business area. Great if you need something in the area but not for family trip

Got there with 2 kids. Our Stay was smooth, nice and easy. The room was large and clean. The staff was great, helpful and answered all our requests Despite some renewal work, there has been no disturbance. Will surely trust Sonesta for a future stay! Well done!

I’ve stayed here with my family In the past and it was quite enjoyable. It’s in a fairly nice area near places to eat and coffee shops and you can take a little walk around the e water. This past trip though was not that great. The hotel was not very clean at all. There was hair all over the bathroom and trash all around the halls. The room up one floor and one door over from us was being cleaned out by a whole construction team that was supposed to stop work at 7 pm but continued til almost 9. It was very loud and I was not given a heads up about this until we checked in. The cleanliness was honestly the craziest part. There was a plastic spoon stuck up in one of the lights in the hallway? Also, many of the entrances other than the main entrance were inaccessible with our keycard. Not worth your money.

The check in process was extremely difficult. I booked two rooms a month before for my family who had to drive hours over to South San Francisco for my wedding. When I called in the morning to see if I could do an early check in for them I was told I only booked one room. I provided the person assisting me with both confirmations numbers I received and they were still only able to find one room. So I had to go in person and show proof of payment and that took over 30 minutes which left me no time to go back to my hotel and get ready for my rehearsal dinner. They were only able to get me early check in for one room so my family had to cram into one room altogether.

Great Area, Friendly Staff, Pool and Gym areas clean. Lounge area great. Had a suite. Very roomy. King bed was super comfy. but.the sofa bed mattress was in terrible condition. Had to get a blowup mattress from my family so my son could sleep. the toilet seat was peeling. clean but it appears to not be.Carpet really needs a good shampooing. Overall we still enjoyed our stay and had a great visit with family..

Clean dan good size room. Bed is good, bathroom clean. Stay for 2 nights with 2 children. Bummer, no microwave in the room so I need to go the pantry down stairs next to the front desk to warm up our food. Pool is way too much chlorine smells very strong when you enter the indoor pool area. Didn’t allowed my kids to swim since I can’t breath in that room. Spa is so yuck, the water looks brown and disgusted. It should not be open. Moldy wall, rusted chair lift. Nice outdoor with walking trail. Parking is area is good.

A great place for an overnight trip where you're not going to spend a lot of time at the hotel. Awesome, indoor pool and hot tub for the kids. Pros: indoor pool, clean, refrigerator Cons: no microwave (except for the one at the snack area in lobby)
