We appreciated how quiet the room was...we had kids next door and never heard a thing! We didn't mind not having daily maid service, and when we needed items they were brought very quickly. Even though the kitchen was being remodeled, we had a full breakfast each morning. Parking was easy and close, and we were able to navigate all over SF from the hotel. Wish the bed were a little softer...otherwise a great stay!

The staff was good. Clean, good food, helpful. The room was fine. We asked for a quiet room. But then the staff put a family who into multiple rooms near our room (including a connecting room with a poorly insulated door) and we could hear slamming doors, screaming chlldren, more slamming doors (maybe 20 times) from 10:30 p.m. until around 1 a.m. Bad luck for us, but we didn't get the 'about to go to the airport rest" that we paid to get and we were left tired and feeling like we wasted our money. So wonderful staff, terrible neighbors.

Spacious and clean rooms, perfect for a family or even just friends staying together. Great location with a short ride to Disney parks. Love the warm cookies at check in.

Awesome staff! So nice! Wonderful check-in. Cleam and basic. We just stayed at a 5 star inn and this is no comparison but the atmosphere for sleeping is not good at all. The seemingly drug and alcohol induced clientele next to us is loud and annoying. My family can hear them having sex and banging all night. It is almost 3 am as I write this, It’s so disturbing we cannot sleep.

The staff was very friendly, but we had a problem with our room airconditioner. It was noisy, and there was no opportunity to move rooms after the first of three nights. On the third day, they said they would move us, but by that time, we were engaged to a family wedding, and it made no sense. We had to purchase earplugs to get some sleep.

When I was staying the kitchen had had a fire and there was a limited BBQ option served outdoors from 4pm, with nothing healthy to eat on the menu (salad, etc.). The breakfast was equally limited--no hot food. The website says that there is a hotel shuttle bus, but did not mention that it operates only in the morning and evening. When my family and I arrived at SFO at mid-day after a long international flight we waited for 45 minutes at the shuttle stop before it became clear that there would be no service. This should have been made clear upfront. The hotel is conveniently located but there are no places to eat nearby and it is too far to walk from the airport.

We have stayed here several times while visiting family in San Francisco. Quiet and comfortable, convenient to the south end of SF. We'll stay here again

Disappointed @ checking, only one person at reception with no help, we need rollover beds for kids, receptionist was unable to accommodate us because lack of manpower.

We arrived just before midnight and the check-in process was easy and quick. There was only one staff behind the counter and no one to help me and my 2 little kids to load our luggages upstairs. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, good selection and fresh. One thing that I found incovenient was the plug-ins between the beds. There were 2 at the base of a bedlamp, which were too low to fit any of our chargers. Overall, we appreciate the location and the price for our stay.
