Inn By The SFO

Visible dirt on carpets and surfaces. Gross and dirty. Not suitable for a stay with my child. Not suitable if you would like a clean hotel room.

We reserved two rooms with two beds each, when we got there, one of the room only had 1 bed. He gave us an extra room after 15 minutes of back and forth conversation when I indicated we needed the extra bed per our reservation. Additionally, we had a toddler with us and two of the rooms smelled like cigarette and marijuana. The bathrooms had spiders and bugs as well.

We had a family of seven adults and one child, four generations celebrating a sixty year wedding anniversary. We booked two rooms with two queen beds. This hotel was in a nice neighborhood, very convenient to SFO. The hotel was in good condition, rooms were clean and accommodating. Beds were comfortable. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast consisted of fruit, cereal, juice and coffee. Enjoyed the stay. Would stay here again if I were in the area. The hotel did not offer a crib for the infant but was upfront with the information when we booked the room. There was no parking fee for our two vehicles which is not always true with other hotels in the area. This is not the Crown Plaza or Hyatt Regency, but a great value for the money. I give this hotel 5/5.
