Fun beautiful place! Rooms were smaller than expected as I learned 3rd party sites often manipulate how rooms look. Comfortable, charming, and the decor are the highlights. Kids loved the pool and easy open outdoor areas for families to hang out and play.

Shane Williams made our stay at Hayes memorable. My family enjoyed the facility so much, we returned there for our next visit. Staff is friendly & helpful, & security team was on point. Thank you Eddie for your knowledge of the property, very professional. We’ll be back for sure 💯

We were in town for a family reunion & Hayes is our favorite place to stay near family. It’s clean, safe & the kids love the pool. I only wish breakfast was included in the stay.

We checked out after an hr of being there . Room smelled like smoke , I have children with me , found dirty cups under the bed , the pool is dirty , spa is green , after letting the front desk know that we will not be staying there and checking out . We were told bc we already checked in we will not be getting a refund . DO NOT STAY HERE .

Restaurant staff were excellent. Plenty of room for our large family to gather and visit.

There was a power outage for one full day and the staff did nothing to provide for or update the guests. All the hallways were pitch dark and the main doors were left open so anyone could walk in creating a big safety concern. I never saw any security personnel in the hallways or otherwise reassuring guests of safety. Neve have I been contacted during or even after the outage with an update or an apology for the terrible night that I had there with no power, internet, heat or water. As a solo traveller I couldn't even leave my room to get an extra blanket cause there was no way back. Very disappointed in how the management is running this place (lack or concern and rude) There is no emergency plan and the staff lacks the slightest care for their guests. disappointed to know this place is part of the Hilton family!

Haven't been here in years, because at the time we acquired a dog, they didn't allow pets. So glad I checked this year to see if that had changed. Our 2 queen room was roomy and really, really pretty. It felt so clean and comfy. We wished we were staying longer than one night. The park right there is gorgeous, and a perfect place to take a walk with pets and kids. The place really charmed the heck out of us, and we will be back anytime we come into town. Love, love, loved it.
