It was just ok. A little dated. The smoke detector was broken. I did not realize that until the toddler was asleep. The bathtub was disgusting.

This property is old, the beds are so small for two adults. My husband I were so uncomfortable our entire stay. The rooms are tiny. If you plan to travel with two adults and two kids I would suggest getting two rooms.

All satis factory mainly. Confusion in registration, maybe due to family with same names but feel desk should be aware of individual guests. I was charged extra 100$ but mistake was rectified quickly. Be nice if you had casual coffee place. Confusion about traveling through city. We enjoyed ourselves. Thanks

Great spot for visiting the Tech Interactive Museum but not perfect. Awkward bathroom doors, no makeup mirror. Good value for the price with comfortable mattress but very soft pillows that work for sleeping but don't offer proper support to sit and read in bed. Rooms are fine for 1, Ok for 2 with a king bed but the double queen rooms are a bit tight for a family with kids. Enjoyed the restaurant. Valet parking was also a bit awkward, right off a busy corner without much space to pull up. No bellman available so we got a cart and moved our own luggage. That said, as two adults we will return if in the area as long as the price is the same. Wouldn't spend more than $189.

I have stayed here twice now and it’s been enjoyable each time. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was safe, clean, and comfortable. I like the close proximity to the events we were in San Jose for and the valet parking was easy as well. I would recommend this hotel for families who want a safe, pleasant stay!
