Hotel was good for a short weekend trip for a family graduation. Breakfast provided a hot options, cold, and many choices of beverages. The hotel also provides complimentary chocolate cookies in the evening. They were delicious. The only negative was just the loud air conditioning unit in the room. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel

They did not have hot water. We called the front desk and they told us to let the water run for a few minutes. We let the water run for over 10 minutes and it was still cold. I had to take a cold shower before I could attend a family gathering. I am very disappointed with this hotel, and will never stay there again.

The hotel was in a terrific location for those with family in Almaden. It was close to airport and to major shopping while still being a short trip out to the south San Jose area. The surrounding area is a little sketchy with all the homeless, but there is really nothing the hotel can do about that. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was wonderful with my husband specifically noting that the coffee was terrific.

Although we moved from San Jose in 2018, we have lots of family and friends we visit several times a year. Most of them live in South San Jose, as we did, so we like to stay not only close but somewhere we won't have to take traffic into account. We've tried several places over the years, but our go to is now Hampton Inn San Jose Cherry Ave. Not only is the location perfect but their breakfast is solid, and they are close to not only friends and relatives but also restaurants and shopping (I'm looking at you Total Wines!). The price is not a budget breaker either.

Even though we were unable to use the front door due to construction our check in was good. This hotel has exceeded my family's expectations. The bed is comfortable, and the room has alot of amenities like i am at home. (Body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc.
