Best hotel in San Fran! Every form of transportation is literally outside the front doors: ferry, subway, trolly cars, cable car and tour companies! Also very safe, clean and no trouble with unhoused population. The ferry building with lots of great restaurants is right in front of the hotel. The only bummer is breakfast is not included and costs $36 a person! We were traveling with our 4 kids so opted to get cinnamon rolls from the bakery outside of the hotel or in the ferry building. If breakfast was included, would have been even better. Very nice hotel! I highly recommend.

Great stay, great location. Everything at hotel was as described . Clean and comfortable. They had pack and play/ crib for my baby, and it just was great. Customer service isn’t dead !

The hotel is at a perfect location cause the kids love Chinatown, pier 39 and Oracle park. It was very clean comfortable and the staff was above and beyond the valet remembered my name and greeted me when I return and was very politely chatful with the kids. Kids can be picky with food but they loved the breakfast buffet. They also put out games to play with in the lobby. I will definitely be back here again and recommend to all my friends.

Fantastic stay my grandchildren can’t stop talking about the rooftop rotating restaurant open only to guests. For an extra fee but well worth it will definitely stay here again and again.

Great Customer Service especially Ms.Mutya from the front desk and clean,spacious and comfortable room. They provided me with bday card and complimentary drinks/appetizer on my birthday. Watching the fireworks on top of the Club Lounge was amazing and memorable. Just wish that they have more events for kids on New Years and would serve dinner at the lounge on New Years Eve prior to the fireworks. Overall satisfied and would recommend the hotel.

Wasn’t told about the fee for parking from the get go wasn’t told theee was resort fees wasn’t happy with we couldn’t have the sliding glass door open so to having a very small child that could fit through the cement blocker and could have fallen from 2 stories high had he gotten outside. Just a lot of hidden fees taht aren’t fair.

We came with our kids to go to Alcatraz and Pier 39. They let us leave our luggage and park earlier than check-in time because our ferry was leaving at 1100. We were able to walk to the ferry at Pier 33 and then to Pier 39 for shopping. The location is wonderful!

My hubby and I stayed here with two kiddos and the staff was amazing. They have valet parking (the staff even remembered us by name) they brought our stuff up to our room for us, which was convenient since we have little ones that needed to be carried. The room was clean, quiet and well stocked. They were quick when we called down for extra towels and blankets. I would definitely recommend staying here and I will definitely book with them again for my next stay.
