This was a wonderful hotel with excellent staff and accommodations. It’s in a great location walkable to the Embarcadero, Ferry Building and China Town. They do allow pets which is nice for our fur babies but be careful to ask for deep cleaning if you have allergies. The restaurant and bar close very early on Saturdays so plan accordingly. The front desk staff are very friendly and accommodating, making sure we had an enjoyable stay.

The hotel decor reminds me of beautiful hotels I stayed in as a child in San Francisco. It is well maintained and has all the amenities I needed. The staff is incredible. They anticipated all my needs, were personable, informative and very helpful. Every single staff member went out of their way to make sure my stay was perfect.

This was our third stay at this hotel in about a year. We like the location. In the last instance in June 2023, we booked two rooms for the family. The hotel receptionist was not aware of my gold status and did not offer the gold member benefits. For example, a free drink per guest at Monte's Bar was offered including free Wi-Fi access and better room locations during the first two visits. In the third/last visit, we were not offered any. When we asked why, the receptionist feigned ignorance. We asked him to check our gold status after which he offered us the free wine coupons. When we reached the room, there was no free Wi-Fi access. After calling the desk, we managed to get that for one room and not the other. Very disappointing. We will likely not return there again.

I like that they brought cookies and milk my my children but there was no mini fridge or ice bucket. Also parking charges are very expensive

We booked a room with double beds, but when we arrived they said that they overbooked those rooms. The staff had to put us in a room with one king bed and then rolled in a cot. The cot was uncomfortable so sleeping on it hurt my back. I did not rest well at all. The room was too small for our party. We booked a room with two beds because there were three of us. Trying to squeeze into a small room was not pleasant. I'm grateful I found a sitter and did not bring my baby. I could not imagine how that would've worked out. The staff were great, the facilities were fine, but the booking process was terrible. I begged for a room with two beds and the staff said they couldn't do anything about it.

Omni SF has the most friendly and helpful staff. They really made our stay. My family thoroughly enjoyed being at the property - my son said his favorite part of the weekend trip was the hotel...

Did a family road trip with my 21 mo daughter. Staff were very friendly and helpful in all aspects of our stay. Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff provided dinner recommendations and were very nice to my daughter.
