This facility was in the perfect spot for my appointment today. The staff were very helpful at check-in and when I asked for dining choices they had good recommendations. The restaurant bar next-door is great as well. Beds are comfortable and I really like the family room idea.

We booked the family suite which means ypu get 2 connecting rooms. Rooms very small (big by SF standards) but clean. One of the rooms was not ready when we checkedin so we had to wait for 10 mins. But the staff was kind enough to give us bfast vouchers. The restaurant was clean but dimly lit. The bfast was great but service was slow since there was only 1 waiter. If they could improve in this regard, this will be a top notch facility. They have a terrace are on the 11th floor that gives good views of the surrounding including partial bay views. Be aware that the terrace is also used by smokers.

We went on a family trip. The rooms were nice and clean and well proportioned for San Francisco. Our check in process was easy and we even got in early. Thank you Liz. This hotel is in a safe part of the city and close to all transit options.

On the website my room was advertised as a family room. When I got there, I was informed that it was basically two small separate rooms. So I was was charged for two rooms at 4 nights each separated from my family. If I had known that was the case I could’ve paid for two rooms at a different location that had an attached door

We stayed 2 adults and 2 children in a family room, good location for walking to things and the muni, supermarket a few mins walk away. Great service from staff and friendly. Nice communal lounge area if you needed more space downstairs.

Great hotel for the price in Embarcadero SF. Separate rooms for privacy with comfy beds, nice front desk staff, coffee/water station, a great lobby/lounge to hang out in, a public deck, great restaurant/bar on site, half hour walk from the Giants and going the other direction was a half hour walk to the wharf with lots to see on the way was a half hour also, 2 blocks from China town and nearby paid garage parking. Will stay here again -traveled with my partner and our family

Great room for family. 2 rooms separated by hotel doors. 1 room with queen bed microwave, mini fridge, desk and bathroom. Room 2 there’s 2 twin beds desk and bathroom. Very quiet and clean pretty close to stadium and pier 39
