Loved my stay here, will definitely be back and recommend it to friends and family!

The cleanliness needs improvement. Several complaints of cleanliness of our room. More thorough inspection of rooms is necessary in order to uphold the other areas of excellence this hotel offers. I still will keep my 5 star review since the hotel management definitely redeemed the experience for me. They were so kind and accommodating after some inconveniences. In all other areas this hotel is INCREDIBLE. This was our second stay in the last couple years and will not be the last. The design is breathtaking and luxurious, the ambience is perfect for couples or families, and we love how huge the lobby is with so many areas to lounge around. We spend so much time in the hotel because of its beauty and special ambiance. The restaurants are all great as well! Beach views are amazing and the beach access is so convenient. The hotel offers complimentary chairs, umbrellas, and towels on the beach which was next level relaxing for us to not have to lug around that stuff on our trip. Overall truly excellent experience minus the cleanliness.

Right from the 1st person at the front desk - Chanel, our experience was A++. We were there to honor our very close friend who is in remission from her cancer and we wanted to make this very special for her. The hotel and staff did exactly that from sending champagne to the room to just making sure that we got special treatment throughout our stay. Will definitely go back again and highly recommend it to friends and family.

This property stole my heart. My family Loved it so much. We cannot wait to return. The staff were all amazing! Every single person we can in contact with was so great.

The property was beautiful. Excellent location.. The parking was valet parking only Which added $94 charge per day And yet the valet service was extremely slow And very inconvenient. They only had two elevators to service the entire hotel which caused heavy congestion And long waits for the elevator. We asked to use the stairs and we were told they were not available. The third day we were there one of the elevators broke down.The hotel, then allowed us to use the stairs going up to the sixth floor. Extremely inconvenient. The pool was overly crowded. We were never able to find a spot to sit at by the pool. The Jacuzzi was over filled with small children We were there for four days. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable. This property offered more than they could produce, it was definitely overpriced And very congested. The gym was very nice.

The pool was dirty so my kids didn’t enjoy it. They said there was clumps of hair and bandages floating around the pool. We stayed on the 6th floor and there was no microwave, the phone in our room was broken. Every time we needed something I had to walked all the way down to request something. I brought the issues to their attention, the lady at the front desk sent someone up to fix the phone but the guy couldn’t fix it. He said he will come back in 5 mins to fix. My family went out and came back 3 and 1/2 hours later.. the phone still not fixed. I walked down again to address the issue and request more towels. The guy at the front desk said he will send someone up to look at the phone and bring us some towels but it’s been an hour now and still nobody showing up and no towels. I’m so tired to walk back and forth. I can believe I paid for this kind of service and inconvenience. I always stayed at the Hyatt properties but never stayed at this location. This will be my last time here.

Great location with ocean view. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Nice amenities. Valet parking can be very crowded on the wknd. Can be a little noisy in hallways with kids running around, you may want to stay directly across street at Hyatt where it’s mostly adults if noise is a concern. But overall a nice place.

The only problem i didn’t get is Hotel and spa should be for adult only . Look like a daycare . So many kids in the pool. I feel the kids run the pool next to a spa. Loud kids everywhere, screaming at each others. Spa should be peaceful, quiet, enjoyable, but was not.

Great property for families and couples. Close to the beach. Great rooms. Plenty of places to eat. 10/10

Great service, clean and convenient hotel, walking distance to everything but the harbor. We had two adults and two kids and things were kid friendly. I really appreciated the free rentals of chairs and umbrellas down by the beach. They even carry them out and back for you. Free yoga across the way at Mission Pacific (sister hotel) by the rooftop pool and was great too. Would definitely stay here again.
