Amazing O'Side location. Across the street from the beach. Loved the vibe at the hotel and coffee shop. Pool is not family friendly and would improve if their was a time families could hang out. Could improve their valet as well

Our fridge wasn't getting cold, we found out the next morning when our daughters milk was warm after spending all night in the fridge. Everything else otherwise was great. Pleasantly surprised by a real barbell and squat rack in the gym. Staff was very friendly and everything was super clean on arrival. Rooftop bar allows kids and dogs, we loved being able to relax and enjoy our drinks with our daughter

Very nice hotel and great location. No on site laundry services, in room coffee machines are a nightmare (went through 2 that simply don’t work well) the fridge keeps drinks warm so you pay full price for a Luke warm beer. Skimping on the bath towels. Very pricey on the parking as well. But the room was nice Just be prepared to have no real functioning in room amenities. As a result it made the stay a bit of a pain. Not ideal with kids either.

This hotel is everything but kids friendly. There’s no nobody that can take food to the room. No room service. When you have kids going with you is kinda hard to go upstairs to the Rooftop restaurant and wait there for a while specially when people outside the hotel can come in. No general parking.

I selected ocean front view but only got ocean view which you can barely see the ocean. There is no housekeeping at all. we stayed 3 nights and no one cleaned the our rooms. For the amount paid. The rooms are fairly small and there is not much to do for the hotel to be considered a resort. The pool is attached to the rooftop bar/restaurant, so you have to cross the entire bar/restaurant area to get to the pool. Not really kid friendly.

My girlfriend was racialy attaccted and veribaly threatened infont of several people including the reception staff and the manager in the reception lobby and high low restaurant by another customer who was way outta line , my girlfriend doesn't even speak Spanish! She was extremely embarrassed, 4'9" tall 105 pounds attached by a woman twice her size twice her age and the woman had her kids with her . Your managements salutation was ro ask if wed like to check out early? Instead of having the person removed from the facility. This will be my only attempt to comtact on this matter . If not responeded to in the next 48 hrs . Im turning this over to my laywer Ryan Wood 760-902-5190
