Nomads Hotel - Near San Clemente Pier

This room was cute. Fit my family of 6 pretty well. The biggest issue is that there is a bar upstairs and it is very loud in the room until the bar closes. Music, talking, chairs moving around.

Great place to stay. Can walk to lots of restaurants and businesses. Lots of nightlife around, things to do for a family. The people were very kind it was clean.

This review is for The Sunset Room on a Friday night. The room was very clean and everything smelled fresh. The location is key. The hotel is located a block from the downtown area which is key to the food, drinks and bar and being a new couple but no kiddo. Challenge for me was not an easy parking situation and the bar/Canteen on top of the room. We spent the whole day with a 7 year old at the beach. I just wanted to get him showered and to bed when we got back. The shower was good and enough space for all of us to get ready for bed but the walking and moving upstairs was a challenge. They had earplugs which was a solution for the hubby and I but the 7 year old found it hard to settle from the noise. That was our only challenge. We ended up taking a drive to settle him and bring him back to go to sleep. The hours listed at the Canteen on Yelp is 11:30-12am. The Sunset Room is for a young couple who can definitely be out passed the bars closing and no kiddos. I can’t speak for the other rooms but this particular room got a good amount of noise above the room. We can’t speak to earlier in the day because the Canteen is open but nighttime sounded like a great party if we weren’t tired from the beach and sun.
