We had a great stay with the family. Staff was nice and helpful. Rooms were clean. Pool and Jacuzzi made the stay that much more. Breakfast was good.

A family vacation to the beach. It was a good location in order to visit laguna beach, san clemente beach, hiking trails, and also Temecula vineyards. Breakfast was good with breakfast sandwich or avocado toast and fruit. Had issues with room cleaning where we found out the second day that we are supposed to request bed making and trash emptied. So i requested the second day in the morning but it was missed. On day four there was no hot water to take a shower in the morning.

Our family has vacationed here often, the price is always reasonable and the staff and service has been great. The pool area is nice with a grill area and a jacuzzi. The beach is within walking distance and so is the drive on highway beachside. It is near a great museum, library, shopping, and always something going on in the city area.

We had two rooms for a week. The place was quiet and very restful. the pool was never busy, able to spend an hour soaking, playing. Hot tub was JUST RIGHT!!. The family enjoyed the time there. Breakfast options were a bit limited to waffle, sausage breakfast sandwich, or avocado toast. Coffee was plentiful. OJ and apple juice also available. The Inn was showing it's age a bit, but for the price, still a good find. Beach was close by, less than 1/4 mile away

The hotel isn't new, but it has charm. The staff is friendly. There's plenty of parking. The rooms are spacious. Breakfast isnt spectacular, but is free (the barista works for tips). The pool is fine. There's a nice outdoor courtyard with seating in the middle of the hotel where you can congregate for breakfast or evening drinks or whatever. There's a family owned coffee roaster, High Tide Coffee, directly across the street, and they have great drinks and pastries. The hotel is also next to The Schwack, a Dana Point/San Clemente surf food staple. The hotel isn't directly on the coast, but the San Clemente pier is only a few minutes drive and the rooms cost half of what the places by the pier charge.

Pros: The staff at this property was accommodating, the room was huge and perfect for my family breakfast was ok coffee was good pool area very clean laundry room worked great and was clean parking was very good and close the the entrances my husband loved the location also. Cons: The sheets on the pullout sofa were dirty/used the spare blanket in the closet had hair all over it, the mini fridge was extremely dirty as well. The room also smelled like Marijuana. Other then that it was good.

We appreciated the quick service call regarding a refill of the soap as there was no body soap when we first arrived. My kids enjoyed the Belgian waffles and toppings. I liked the inner courtyard with the peaceful fountain. The ice machine was slow and noisy.

Exactly what was expected. Clean. Comfortable. Friendly. Safe. Good location. Easy. Breakfast for me was the microwaved mini croissant egg sausage breakfast sandwich, yogurt, banana, orange juice and granola bar. Only negative was the group of kids and adults gathering in the courtyard at 6:30 a.m. and making a lot of noise without the manager requesting they not wake up everyone in the hotel at that hour.

On a last minute whim, we decided to take our family somewhere for New Year’s Eve to celebrate. Online the hotel looked nice and seemed like it would meet our needs. Upon arrival, the room itself was fine. Old carpet and decor, but the bathroom was horrible. Rust stains in the tub and and on the wall where it looked like someone had pulled the shower shelf out of the wall.

Its needs updating terribly bad.. Smells musty, rippled carpet, luggage rackets left out in the rain, extremely noisy, hear kids screaming in the rooms, outside in the pool… Beds are extremely soft, mini square pillows.
